Executive Assistant (02): Candidates holding bachelor degree from a recognized university with 5-10 years of relevant experience of dealing with various secretarial and other day to day office work at Corporate/Govt. level with excellent communicationn and typing skills both in English and Hindi may apply. Placement Officer (06): Candidates holding master s degree in HR or equivalent degree from a recognized university with 3-5 years of relevant and post qualification experience with proven track record as a Placement Officer and thoroughly proficient in their work abilities to expedite/supervise all works pertaining to this Cell and with excellent communication skills both in English and Hindi with counseling skill may apply. Accounts Officer (05): M.Com., CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with wide exposure in accounting software preferably Tally latest version. Experience : Must have worked in Accounts Department in the organization having annual turnover of at least 25 crores with minimum 8 years experience for CA/ICWA and 15 years experience for M.Com/MBA (Finance) and He/ She should be capable of handling Taxation & finalization of accounts independently. Age: Between 40-55yrs. 05. Stenographer (02) : Graduate/Post Graduate, with wide exposure of Hindi/English Stenography. He/She must have worked for minimum 2 years as Stenographer in any reputed organization and should be capable of handling correspondence independently. Must have MP Board or equivalent board pass in Stenography with 80/100 words per minute speed in stenography & typing speed of 30/40 words per minute with 3-5 years of relevant experience with proven track record and proficiency in their work. 06. Manager IT (04): Candidate should be a multi-skilled IT professional holding BCA/MCA/BE degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university and 10 years of experience and all-round supervisory and technical expertise with proven ability to ensure the smooth running of IT system, development and introduction of new software and provide such IT services that will improve the efficiency and performance of the organization, Candidate with excellent communication skills both in English and Hindi shall be preferred. 07. Marketing personnel (02): The candidates should be MBA/Graduate from recognized university with minimum five years of relevant experience in marketing and should have the capacity of representing our marketing cell at

Programme Evaluator (01) : The candidate should be MBA/ Graduates from recognized university having wide range of experience with proven record and shall be capable of acting as a Programme Evaluator/Assessor. Candidate should have sufficient exposure in evaluation and monitoring of various programmes of similar kind of organization. Candidate with excellent communication skills both in English and Hindi shall be preferred. 09. District Field officer (02) Candidate will be Graduate with sufficient exposure in field activities of similar organization. Minimum eight years experience is required 10. Project Co-ordinator (02) The candidate will be over all responsible for formulation and preparation of all project related task i.e. tender, reports, correspondence, submission etc of the organization in line with its objective and activity. Candidate holding MBA/ Master s degree with minimum of 5 years relevant experience in similar type of organization having proficiency in IT field beside excellent analytical, communication, presentation and documentation skill, ability to plan and expedite introduction of new projects shall be preferred. 11.System Analyst : Post Graduate in Maths / Computer Science/ Statistics OR BE (CS/IT/Electronics) from recognized University.
