A great leather develops a fine patina* over its life. The leather must be durable to handle the demands of daily life, comfortable against your skin, keep its shape and be color-fast Every part of the leather is cherished and the artisans focus on bringing out each skin s unique beauty in the product. QUALITY CONTROL KNOMO full time staff perform 100% pre production and on line quality control MANUFACTURING Dedicated KNOMO sourcing team to manage our production. We partner with premium factories used by luxury brands that complies with European & US safety and ethical sourcing standards THE DROP TEST: each new design is dropped 2,500 times with 15kg in the bag
LIFE ORGANISED = WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WARRANTY We offer a 2 year Warranty on all bags and a one year guarantee on phone & tablet accessories. KNOMO has a product quality return rate of less than a 2% The Warranty covers defects due to material flaws and workmanship problems. Defects caused by misuse or mistreatment, by airline mishandling or simply by normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. CUSTOMER SERVICE We repair/replace or refund depending economic judgment and considering our customers wishes. We can work directly with the consumer or we can handle claims through our retail partners We do everything possible to resolve a problem within a couple of days only We offer repair services in the UK, in Germany and in Switzerland at the moment We provide spare parts such as replacement straps or luggage tags free of charge

Modern Technology can be used very effectively to support learning in underprivileged areas. The Founders are from South Africa and the business has partnered with Core (Knomo s local distributor) and ischoolafrica and 2 under privileged schools to put Ipads into the classroom. 3 year program: KNOMO has a 3 year program with a target for the number of pupils to be impacted by our program. 29
