How to order in PCI If your user code refers to several stores, you will first have to select the store for which you wish to place an order. If your user code refers to only one store, you will be redirected to the main screen where it is possible to: Retrieve an open order (click on to download the order or on to delete the order) Create a new order (choose the delivery date and then click on the Submit button) Load order previously saved (click on Browse button to select your file and then click on the Submit button) 5 Colabor Information Technologies

By default, your purchase profile list will be displayed on one or many pages. You can now begin to order products! Delivery date: Indicates the delivery date you previously selected. You will be able to change this date when you do your checkout (just before sending your order). Search options: You can use many types of searches to find a product. You simply must place the cursor in the field Search among the selected list, and enter a product code, a UPC code, one or many words and click on the search icon. Attention: The search also validates in which list you wish to do the search (in your customer profile, in the catalog, in the prebook list, in a shopping list (if you have created some), etc.). The option, allows to generate the product s list in a PDF file, an Excel file or a CSV file. 6 Colabor Information Technologies

You can also click on the button to do an advanced search: In the advanced search, you can ask for combined criteria (Example: all the cookies with Novali brand). You must click on the Apply button to run the search. 7 Colabor Information Technologies

Once the results are displayed, the advance search button will be in orange color to indicates you are in search mode. If you return in the advanced search button, your search criteria and the Remove the filter button will be displayed to cancel the search. 8 Colabor Information Technologies

To cancel a search and display all the products from the selected list (customer profile, catalog, prebook list, shopping list, etc.) click on the icon: Sorting of the products list: There are 3 different ways to sort the available products list: By product s description By catalog sequence (the sequence order has been defined by your distributor) By catalog alphabetical sequence Ordering the products: To order your products, you simply enter quantities in the appropriate column. When you add quantities in your order, you will notice that the order total line is recalculated automatically and the number of products ordered and the number of elements ordered, increases in Checkout button. 9 Colabor Information Technologies

By clicking on a field in quantity column (for the desired product), a pop-up will open showing the last order date of this product, its sales history and the prebooks quantities left (if there are some). Note: If the Quantity box is green, that means there are left prebooks quantities available to order. 10 Colabor Information Technologies

By clicking on the product code, you can view more information on the product: By clicking on the More details button, even more information regarding the product will be displayed. You can also, at this moment, add quantities to your order for the selected product and the desired format! 11 Colabor Information Technologies

12 Colabor Information Technologies

If you want to remove a product from your profile so it won t be display anymore in your purchase list, you must click on the button in the product s details. 13 Colabor Information Technologies

One or more icons will be displayed if the product contains the following features: Product in promotion Special order product Deposit product Product with required preparation Weighed products Promotional product Product with certificates (like Aliment Quebec). By clicking on the icon, you will be able to view the certificate s logo: When a product requires a preparation, the message icon will be displayed. By clicking on this icon, you will be able to write a message concerning the product s preparation (Example, for a delicatessen product, you could write a message like: Thin slices please). When your message is saved, the icon will become blue. 15 Colabor Information Technologies

The icon allows viewing if the product is part of a shopping list. If the product is included in a shopping list, the checkbox will be checked beside the appropriate shopping list name. From this pop-up, you can add or remove a product from the shopping list by checking or unchecking the check box for the desired shopping list. You can also create a new shopping list by adding a new name in the field Enter a name. 16 Colabor Information Technologies

By clicking on this button, the employee will not be able to connect the PCI anymore. So if an employee resigns, you will be able to disable his account this way. You can also click on the delete icon in the main screen of the Users management option, so the user will be completely deleted from the users list. o Impersonate: This option can be used only when you have the Manager role.
