INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING IN EXHIBITION OFFICIAL CATALOGUE, EXHIBITION GUIDE, WEB CATALOGUE Official Catalogues and Exhibition Guides are published for every exhibition. Catalogues are made in both printed and electronic versions. Electronic Catalogues can be found at Expocentre's official website. company name in Russian and Latin scripts; address, telephone, fax, web address, e-mail; brief information about the company's activity, up to 200 symbols including spaces and punctuation marks. More comprehensive information, company logos and advertising are published at extra charge: В 3.2.1.1 each additional line 26,00 One "additional line" contains 50 symbols including spaces and punctuation marks. В 3.2.1.4 Company logo, each 75,00 Information and advertising in the List of Products and Services In accordance with the General Terms of Participation in Exhibitions Held at Expocentre Fairgrounds, the List of Products and Services containes (under two headings) brief information about company: company name in Russian and Latin scripts, country, pavilion, hall and stand number. The List of Products and Services can also contain additional information, logos, advertising, promotional articles and similar information about company and its exhibited products. Advertising options are determined for each exhibition individually. Each exhibition is provided with a set of advertising options for publication in Official Catalogue. This information is placed at Expocentre's official website and mailed to exhibitors. Other advertising options are available at the customer's request. section 3 INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING Information and Advertising in Exhibition Official Catalogue Information and advertising in the Alphabetical List of Exhibitors In accordance with the General Terms of Participation in Exhibitions Held at Expocentre Fairgrounds, each registered participant has to submit the following information to be published in the Official Catalogue: Information about non-participating company It is possible to publish information about a non-participating company. The information can include information about the company (300 symbols), address details (company name in Russian and Latin scripts, address, telephone, fax, web address, e-mail), a logo in the Alphabetical List of Exhibitors, and brief information about company under two headings in the List of Products and Services. В 3.2.3.1 Information about non-participating company in Official Catalogue. 740,00 Information in Web Catalogue The Web Catalogue is published before the event and is available at the web site during one year after the event. The Web Catalogue contains the same short information about the company as in the printed version of the Catalogue. Publication of the company's logo is extra charged. В 3.2.2.2 Company logo, each 75,00 Information and Advertising in Exhibiton Guide Some Exhibition Catalogues are accompanied by Exhibition Guide. Exhibition Guides contain exhibitor's advertising, logos, exhibitors' stand location on the exhibition floorplan. The cost of publicationis determined for each exhibition separately. Each exhibition is provided with a set of advertising options for punlication in Exhibition Guide. This information is placed at Expocentre's official website and mailed to exhibitors. INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING IN THE EXHIBITION INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING SYSTEM (EIAS) During exhibitions Expocentre operates the Exhibition Information and Advertising System (EIAS), a network of 10 centrally controlled interactive information terminals and 44 plasma panels (42" - 50") located in the most popular places of all exhibition halls. Placement of information and advertising in the EIAS terminals

Expocentre's own events Expocentre places floorplans of all its exhibitions in EIAS. Floorplan shows booths of every exhibitor with their names and numbers. Touch the booth you need to open this exhibitor's personal page. Exhibitor's personal page consists of the same information as published in the Official Catalogue. The exhibition rental covers the cost of placement of this information in EIAS. Placement of information that exceeds the volume published in the Official Catalogue, as well as placement of logos and advertisements Preparation and placement on a personal page of: В 3.3.1.1.2 color logo, per one 73,50 Hosted exhibitions Organizers of events held at Expocentre Fairgrounds can use the EIAS terminals to place floorplans and information about exhibitors. Preparation and placement of information in the EIAS terminals shall be paid for. MPEG-2 with the following specifications: standard PAL frame frequency 25 pictures a second scanning progressive aspect ratio 16:9 frame size 720x 576 picture format 1,422 bitrate constant 8.000 Кbps It does not rquire a change of format to be used in EIAS. Other files need to be transformed. Location of advertising structure shall be negotiated with the customer. The rate does not cover the cost of electric power, water and compressed air consumption. Expocentre shall bear no responsibility for the safety of an advertising structure if damage is done by other parties. The rent can be denied. When holding an event, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the sound limit set at Expocentre Fairground. A non-participating company may also distribute its information and promotional materials. In this case the rates are calculated using the following multiplying ratio. Distribution can be denied. ratio B 3.7.0.1 distribution of information and promotional materials for non-participating company 1,5 ADVERTISING ON E-TICKETS Visitors can register on-line at the official website of Expocentre. Registration is opened 3 months before the exhibiton opening and is closed on the last day of the exhibition. The last step of the registration process is to print out an e-ticket that allows visiting the exhibition free of charge. E-tckets can contain advertising. Sizes of advertising space on e-tickets: type 1: 840 * 230 рх, 1 advertising space on e-ticket;

type 2: 255 * 255 рх, 3 advertising spaces on e-ticket. Advertising shall be submitted in.png format. Advertising have to be easy read when printed in black and white. No direct invitations to visit a stand shall be accepted as advertising. Cost of advertising space on e-tickets depends on booking deadline and number of exhibition visitors.
