Advertising options are determined for each exhibition individually. Each exhibition is provided with a set of advertising options for publication in Official Catalogue. The information can include information about the company (300 symbols), address details (company name in Russian and Latin scripts, address, telephone, fax, web address, e-mail), a logo in the Alphabetical List of Exhibitors, and brief information about company under two headings in the List of Products and Services. INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING IN THE EXHIBITION INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING SYSTEM (EIAS) During exhibitions Expocentre operates the Exhibition Information and Advertising System (EIAS), a network of 10 centrally controlled interactive information terminals and 44 plasma panels (42" - 50") located in the most popular places of all exhibition halls. Expocentre's own events Expocentre places floorplans of all its exhibitions in EIAS. Floorplan shows booths of every exhibitor with their names and numbers. The exhibition rental covers the cost of placement of this information in EIAS.
