Direct Print allows setting up print parameters and associating them with Hot Folders that are depicted as little icons, for example on the desktop. There s no limit to the number of icons that can be created, each customized for different document formats. All that s required to print a file with the predetermined settings is a simple drag-and-drop action. PageScope Utilities HDD Backup Utility This tool provides a fast and efficient means to create a back-up of all HDD data on a PC. All HDD data including their settings are saved in a single file. In case of any system failure essential information is not lost all saved data can easily be restored. Everything is stored in a single file, there are no complicated folder structures to deal with. Font Management Utility With this handy tool it s possible to see the resident fonts on any connected bizhub device. At the same time the utility enables fast and simple uploading of new fonts. Also included is the uploading and storing of individually created forms on the bizhub invoices, delivery notes, etc. that can be filled with raw data as required. Both PCL and PS fonts and forms are supported.
