HOW TO ADD EMAILS FROM FWCCU TO YOUR SAFE SENDERS Sometimes, your email program (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) decides that mail from FWCCU.org is spam/junk, even if you ve opted in to receive emails from FWCCU. Adding FWCCU as a safe email sender (also called whitelisting ) will help ensure that you continue to receive the emails you ve signed up for. The process for doing so is slightly different for each different email program and service. Try this first: Always whitelist emails in your spam/junk mail folder. If you find an email in your spam folder that is not spam, always take a moment to mark it as not spam or not junk. This automatically tells your email program to add the sender to your whitelist. Advanced questions: If you use a service not listed here or have additional questions, please contact your internal IT department or conduct a web search to find whitelisting instructions for your particular service. If your IT department has questions or needs help with this process, have them email us support@fwccu.org.
