Fusion Voicemail Plus User Guide For the iphone Welcome to Fusion Voicemail Plus! Fusion Voicemail Plus (FVM+) is a replacement for the ordinary voicemail that you use with your cellular phone company. With FVM+ you receive your voicemail messages right on your mobile phone within seconds of the caller leaving it. To use FVM+, you simply change the call forwarding number for Busy/No Answer calls on your mobile phone from your carrier s voicemail system to the PhoneFusion voicemail system. Instructions on how to make this change were provided to you at signup and via email. Once you have enabled call forwarding, the PhoneFusion system will take your voicemail messages and send them to your mobile phone. You will know that a voicemail has arrived when you hear the PhoneFusion announcement tone and see the new message indicator. To access FVM+, you can run the application from the icon on the application screen. **IMPORTANT NOTE*** YOUR CARRIER MAY CHARGE YOU TO USE SOME OF THE FEATURES REQUIRED TO MAKE THIS APPLICATION WORK SUCH AS CONDITIONAL CALL FORWARDING. Installation: 1.) Installation Visit the iphone App Store and download the FVM+ application. There are 2 versions of the FVM+ application available through the iphone App Store. The FREE Lite version of Fusion Voicemail Plus has EXACTLY the same features and functionality as the paid version except it has ads in it. You can upgrade from free to paid from within the app so try the free one first!!! Page 1 of 12

2.) Registration Open the application; you will receive a registration screen. Complete all information requested. Once complete, you will see confirmation that the account was created and you will receive an email with your account and user information. **PLEASE STORE THIS EMAIL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. YOU WILL NEED THIS INFORMATION TO LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT** After you have registered your account; you will be brought to the Settings menu. 3.) Call Forwarding In the settings menu, you can Enable/Disable FVM+ call forwarding. Follow the instructions listed or to manually program call forwarding. To manually activate conditional call forwarding: Go to your Contacts Click on FVM+ Click Enable/Disable F VM+ You will get a response that call forwarding was successful; otherwise, contact your carrier and ask them to program conditional call forwarding for busy/no answer calls to 1-813-200-0200 4.) Voicemail Greetings Run the application. You now have the option to record a specific voicemail greeting; simply follow the prompts to do so. To record your Voicemail Greeting Select RECORD Speak your voicemail greeting Hit STOP when done Listen to your voicemail greeting by pressing PLAY. Once you are satisfied with your recorded greeting, select UPLOAD. You will receive a confirmation message if your voicemail greeting has successfully uploaded If you need assistance, please email support@phonefusion.com, and we ll be happy to help, or visit us online at http://support.phonefusion.com. Using Fusion Voicemail Plus: You can access Fusion Voicemail Plus at any time by clicking on the icon. Once installed, FVM+ will notify you when a new message is received by playing the PhoneFusion new message tone. Your messages will display as follows: If you have the Pre-Fetch Message option set to ON, FVM+ will automatically download new messages as they arrive. Messages are downloaded when the arrow is facing down Highlight the message you wish to listen to using the touch screen. The header color of the selected message will change to a lighter shade for ease in identifying. Note: if the download is unsuccessful (usually due to temporary Internet connectivity issues), you can simply click the message at any time to reattempt the download. Each voicemail message can be up to 2 minutes in length. And you have up to 50 MB total storage capacity online, which is approximately 30 minutes. Messages are color-coded as follows: Red Green Orange Marked for deletion (deleted when you empty trash). Note that if you don t empty your trash your mailbox may fill up. New (not listened to) Old (listened to) Each message shows the date and time (in your selected time zone) that the message was received, the length of the message in minutes:seconds, the phone number that left the message, the phone number the message was left for and the Caller ID name (if available) of the caller. Caller ID Name Page 3 of 12

Contact Pictures If your contact has a picture assigned to it and the caller ID received matches that contact; we now display their picture instead of the voicemail icon. No Caller ID Name If the caller s name is not available; we will simply display the caller s phone number.
