SNR Conference Registration FAQ Conference Registration is now open! http://www.rsvpbook.com/2017snrconf PAYMENT IS BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: PayPal is used to process credit/debit card transactions. You do not need to have a PayPal account or register with them. Enter your credit card information as indicated and it will be securely processed on their secure site. Registrations for SNR Board Member and Awardees will require a password. Please check your email or contact Lane Parks for the password. These passwords are not meant to be shared. This document is designed to answer the most common questions. Click the links to go directly to the answer to your question (if it is listed here), or read the document entirely to see if your question is answered. Finally, feel free to contact Danielle Kennedy before your frustration level reaches maximum overload. This should be a stress-free activity. Frequently Asked Questions Page 1 - HELP! I have no idea what to do! Page 1 - Do I use group since I am in a club? Page 2 - I am a member and just want to register! Page 3 - I would love to start a group for my club. Page 4 - I am registering for someone who does not have an email address. Page 4 - I have a group code, now what? Page 5 - My club has already registered for me, but I really want to (advertise/sell) too! Page 5 - I cannot attend, but really want to put something in the Program. Page 5 - I am an SNR Board Member. What do I do? Page 5 - I am an Award winner. What do I do? Page 6 - Can I bring a guest? Page 7 - Can I change my (insert change request here)? Page 8 - I have already registered but now cannot attend. How do I cancel? Page 8 - How do I answer the Delegate question?

Groups are meant to allow multiple registrants to be paid for by one person. Groups are being offered so that clubs that have the budget to pay for members to attend conference can do so directly. Grouping has nothing to do with seating arrangements. We hope you will find each other and use conference as a time to increase club cohesion. If your club has the ability to pay for all members, one person must be put in charge of creating the group and being responsible for payment after all members are registered. If your club does not have the ability to pay for all members, it would be best if members register individually. Your club information will be noted in the questions asked during registration similar to past year registrations. 1

Member/Individual Registration Click on this link: http://www.rsvpbook.com/2017snrconf Select the I would like to register selection. Enter your email address. Select Member as the Registrant Type. Click on Continue. The screen will now change If you registered for conference last year and are using the same email address, the system should fill in your personal information automatically. Review this information carefully. If your information is not automatically entered, enter the information requested. Answer the survey questions carefully. Select the days that you will be attending. The system will not automatically select a meal for you. Each meal has options, so please review them all carefully! There is now an option for Attending without meal. Select this option if you will not be eating. We will save a seat for you at a table that will not be set for service. If you will be attending any of the Informative Sessions on Friday, make your selections in the Sessions area. Click on Calculate to ensure that all of your meals are added to your registration properly. They will be added automatically when you click on Submit Registration, but we want to ensure you know how much you will be charged before moving forward. Group Registration The Conference Registration website now takes Group Registrations! Group registration makes registering all members of your club more convenient and allows the club to pay for all members at one time. Group registration by clubs is not required. It is offered as a convenience due to the high volume of requests for this feature. Note: The Group Leader is responsible for all group payment; whether individual or group. The group leader selects the group name, and continues registering members, or passes that group name on to their members until all members are registered. The group leader will need to return to registration to finalize payment! To create your group, select "I am registering as part of a group/club" followed by "I want to create a new Group/Club". Choose your own group code (your club name or club acronym works well), enter your email address, and begin your own registration as a "Member". Click Continue and you will be taken to your own registration page. Group Leaders: When you finish your own registration, you will get a small pop up in the left corner that looks like this: Use this Control Panel to add more members or pay for the group when all have finished their registration. You have the option of paying for each member individually, paying for certain members or paying for all members at one time. The Group Leader is responsible for making all payments. 3

Using an email address more than once The Registration system allows you to use an email address multiple times. When registering, use a different password than other passwords used previously. It is recommended that you write down the password used for each registration in case you need to edit the registration. Using a Group Code Select "I am registering as part of a group" followed by "I know the Group Code". Select your Group Code from the drop down. Enter your email address Select your Registration Type. Click Continue See the Member Registration section above for any questions on how to complete the individual registration. All members/guests will receive the same questions. NOTE: You can use your own email address multiple times (to register multiple members) by choosing a different password. Click on Submit Registration to receive the confirmation page. You will not be taken to the payment screen -- the Group Leader is responsible for all payments. 4

Advertising/Sales Tables This section only applies to those who were registered as a group and want additional services such as Advertising in the Program or Sales Tables. This can also be used for those who are unable to attend, but would still like to put information in the program or those who will solely be selling in the Marketplace. Begin a registration as a member as usual. Answer all of the questions that you answered before (they are required of everyone, even if you answered them already). Note: If you are a delegate, and already registered as a delegate, please select No. We do not want to count your vote twice. Choose Vendor Only - No Meals. Select your Program Advertising request. Select your Sales Table request. Continue to payment processing. SNR Board Members SNR Board Members will be sent a password to be used during registration. Your individual registration type is SNR Board Member. Enter the password and continue with individual registration. SNR Board members are not allowed to create or register with a group. You may purchase program advertising. Sales tables are restricted to Members only. Award Winners Award winners will be sent a password and instructions to be used during registration. Please refer to the email invitation you received for specific instructions on how to register. 5

Guest Registrations Select the I would like to register selection. Enter your email address. Select Guest as the Registrant Type. Click on Continue. The screen will now change Please enter the information requested. Select the days that you will be attending. The system will not automatically select a meal for you. Each meal has options, so please review them all carefully! There is an option for Attending without meal. Please select this option if you will not be eating. We will save a seat for you at a table that will not be set for service. There is no fee for attending Conference, only for meals. Click on Calculate to ensure that all of your meals are added to your registration properly. They will be added automatically when you click on Submit Registration, but we want to ensure you know how much you will be charged before moving forward. Editing Registration Information Changing your registration information is entirely possible. This includes your name, phone number, survey questions, or meal selections. The most common reason for altering your registration would be to alter your designation as a Delegate. Select the I have already registered and want to edit my registration selection. Enter your email address. Enter the password you used to register. Click on Continue. The page will update and pull up your current registration. Make all changes you wish to make and click on Submit Registration. If your changes generate additional charges, you will be directed to the PayPal site for additional payment. Any changes that generate a refund are subject to the Cancellation Refund Policy. If you are due a refund due to a change in your registration, please send an email to publicawareness@soroptimistsnr.org and snrtreasurer@soroptimistsnr.org to ensure that any refund due is processed as quickly as possible. Cancellation refund policy: If you wish to cancel any part of your registration with full refund, you must do so by April 1, 2017. Refunds will be issued no later than June 30, 2017. Cancellations after April 1, 2017 may not be refunded. Late registration fees are not subject to refund. 7

Cancelling Registration We are very sorry to hear that you will have to cancel. Select the I have already registered and want to edit my registration selection. Enter your email address. Enter the password you used to register. Click on Continue. The page will update and pull up your current registration. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on Cancel Registration. Please also immediately send an email to publicawareness@soroptimistsnr.org and snrtreasurer@soroptimistsnr.org to ensure that any refund due is processed as quickly as possible. Please also send an email to conference@soroptimistsnr.org to inform Lane of a potential open hotel reservation. Cancellation refund policy: If you wish to cancel any part of your registration with full refund, you must do so by April 1, 2017. Refunds will be issued no later than June 30, 2017. Cancellations after April 1, 2017 may not be refunded. Late registration fees are not subject to refund. Delegates Delegates are the club members designated by their club to vote on regional issues. Presidents are automatically delegates and will not be asked if they are a delegate. Each club is allowed three delegates consisting of the club president and two member delegates. Ask your club president how you should answer this survey question if you are unsure. Some clubs have specific members noted as delegates, but if they cannot attend conference, the role can be passed to any club member that will be attending. There will also be a delegates forum on Friday evening that will go over all delegate responsibilities. End 8
