Activating parent accounts SIMS Agora online payments
Step 1: Your activation letter Please keep your activation letter safe and to hand Your activation letter will contain a unique security reference for your child Each parent/guardian can have their own Agora account for their child or children at school Your activation reference is active for 28 days after this date you will need a new reference from the school if you have not activated your account
Step 2: Access SIMS Agora Please access the internet and visit the Tudor Court website (www.tudorcourtprimary.com) and click School Shop at the top of the page On this page, please click on the Microsoft Account icon
Step 3: Sign in with your Microsoft Account If you already have a Microsoft account* please enter your username and password and click If you do not have a Microsoft Account setup, please click on the Sign up now link to create a new account * A Microsoft account is an email address and password that you use to sign into services such as Hotmail, Outlook.com, Xbox Live, One Drive, Windows Phone etc
Step 3a: Creating a new Microsoft account: If you need to create a Microsoft account, you can use any existing email account you already have (eg: Gmail, Yahoo, Virgin Mail, Sky Mail, AOL, TalkTalk, BT) or create a free new Microsoft email for your account.
Step 3a: Creating a new Microsoft account: Please complete the required fields on this screen these will be the username and password details you need to access SIMS Agora. You can use any email address and you choose your own password. These are your details and the school will not have a record of them.
Sign-in with your Microsoft account Please access www.tudorcourtprimary.com click School Shop and click on the Microsoft account icon. Enter your Microsoft account username and password and click
Step 4: Activating your Agora account Step 4: Activating your Agora Please enter the unique security reference from your activation letter Please enter your child s date of birth e.g. 30 01 2002 Click on Continue
Step 4: Activating your Agora account Please check your child s details. You can change the friendly name this will be the name that is shown for your child in your Agora account. Click on to go to the next step.
Step 4: Activating your Agora account Please confirm your account details as shown on screen. You will now need to enter your e-mail address, this will be the email that will receive your account activation plus email receipts for any payments made through Agora for your children. Click on to finish.
Step 4: Activating your Agora account Your account has now been created. You will now receive an automatic email to your email address from SIMS Agora. Please check your Spam folder. You will need to access this email within 7 days or your account will not be fully activated.
Step 5: Completing your Agora account activation Please access your email sent from SIMS Agora it will come from noreply@simsagora.co.uk Please click on the link in the email to complete your activation

Step 7: Your SIMS Agora account You should now be able to access your SIMS Agora account for your child. Using SIMS agora you can pay for school items easily and securely payments are made directly to the school
Merging accounts for multiple children: How do I merge accounts if I have more then on child? Login to SIMS Agora When you are in SIMS Agora, to add further children to your account go to the Account Details link at the top of the screen. Select the Child Administration option from the left-side menu. On the Child Administration page, please enter the new child reference and date of birth into the 'ADD CHILD' panel for the additional child you would like to add to your account. What should I do if I am unable to log in to SIMS Agora?: There can be many reasons why you cannot log into Agora. These are some of the most common scenarios: l have completed the activation process but the screen is requesting activation code again This issue can happen when more than one user is accessing the same PC, laptop, tablet or mobile device and remains logged in with a different Microsoft account, for example another member of the family uses the PC to access their email or other online service using their own Microsoft account details and does not log out.
1. Go to http://live.com if currently logged in as another user, please sign-out by clicking on the name at the top right of the screen and selecting the Sign out option 2. Clear the browser history fully including any saved/stored login details (if using Internet Explorer, this is usually under /Tools > Delete browsing history - please tick all boxes on the panel) 3. Close the browser down 4. Open a new browser window and go to SIMS Agora log in page, then enter your own Microsoft account details when prompted Your activation reference has expired Activation references are time limited to 28 days from the time of generation from SIMS Agora for reasons of security. If your activation reference has expired, please contact the school office for an extension or a new reference. Email contact is preferred at officemanager@tudorcourtprimary.com I have not received my activation email from SIMS Agora Some email providers incorrectly identify emails from SIMS Agora as SPAM and send the emails direct to the SPAM/JUNK folder. If you have completed your account activation and your activation email hasn t arrived, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. If you still have not received the verification email please try the following: 1. Log into SIMS Agora 2. Click Resend Activation Email button 3. Check your emails, and click the link included in the verification email to activate your account. 4. If your email has still not arrived, please contact the school office and confirm the email you entered into the activation screen.
