Register MyLCI (4/5) You have to enter your address, club name, first and last name and your phone # that MUST match the record in MyLCI database. Give your login username, password and email address. Eg, you can use your member # as your user name. Select two security questions and give the answers in the fields next to the question. Click on the 2 checkboxes to agree on the Web Usage Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

MyLCI Home Page (1/3) What you see on your home page depends on your role (President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Director or Vice President) If you have multiple roles, then your district s role home page will be displayed as default after login. You can change to your club s role by clicking on the Select a different title at the top menu.

Message Center Who you can send message to (Recipients) depends on your role (district or club level) Note: Recipents can only see the message after login to My LCI

My Tasks (1/2) Depending on your role in the club or district, there will be a list of tasks (View, Enter and Report) For Example: What is the difference?
My Tasks (2/2) Report No Membership Changes for Aug 2017: If you select Enter Membership Report for Aug 2017, it will display the Club s Membership list. You add new member or remove old member if there is a change in membership. If there is no change in membership, then just submit No Membership Changes for the month.

My Members (9/14) Function Button - Manage Family Unit : You can cancel the family unit, change the Head of Household, add/remove/edit member in the family unit
My Members (10/14) Monthly Membership Report: ü Click Report No Changes for Month -> August 2017 ü If you add new member or drop member for the month, then you don t see Report No Changes for Month for Aug 2017 in My Tasks

My Members (12/14) Add New Member: Remember that what you enter in the member information section, you cannot change through edit member. You have to submit a change request.

My Service Activities (3/10) To edit/delete past activity, select the month of the activity. Then select the function button. To edit existing activity To delete existing activity
My Service Activities (4/10) Add New Activity for the Fiscal Year :
My Service Activities (5/10) Add New Activity Enter the activity date: Just click on the Activity Date field to select the date from the popup calendar
My Service Activities (6/10) Signature Activity normally there is none but if your club does have a signature activity, then you can select from the Signature Activity list (but first you have to add your club s signature service) You can add your club s signature service activities by selecting Signature Service Activities from the Main Menu My Lions Club
My Service Activities (7/10) Add New Activity Select Activity Type
My Service Activities (8/10) Add New Activity Enter Activity Title, Activity Description, Number of Lions and Number of Lions Hours. Upload image if any.
My Service Activities (9/10) Service Report : First select the Month of the Service Activities and then click View/Print
My Service Activities (10/10) Download Service Activities Report of the selected month: A pdf file will be displayed in the browser as a separate tab Download and save into your computer
Update Current Year s Officers Select Officers from Main Menu There are 2 types of titles: LCI and Local To add your local title To add officer, choose the Title and then add Officer To remove Officer, choose the Title and then End Officer Term
Reports Select Reports from the pulldown list of My Lions Club
Action for Club s Officers Check Members Data Accuracy and Consistency ü Wrong and Missing email address of members ü Wrong placement of contact # : home, mobile, work, etc ü Missing country code ü Entering new member information, use lower case except for the first letter of first name, middle name and last name.
