Welcome to Guaranty Bank Online and Mobile Banking Please see the details below for the actions you ll need to take to get started on Guaranty Bank Online and Mobile Banking. Please verify with your Castle Rock Banker that the email address and phone number on file is correct by calling 303.688.5191. NOTE: You will use your existing Castle Rock User ID for your initial log in. Your default password will be the last 6 digits of your social security or Tax ID number. You will be required to reset your password. If you are a customer of both Guaranty Bank and Castle Rock Bank, please use your existing Guaranty Bank User ID and password to log in. THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT INFORMATION WILL BE TRANSFERRED General account information, User ID Bill Pay Recurring transfers between Castle Rock Bank accounts If you have not logged in since January 1, 2017, this information will not be transferred. Payees, scheduled and recurring payments, payment information and 90 days of history will transfer, although there may be a brief delay in accessing your history. NOTE: If you currently use Castle Rock Bank s Bill Pay, all of your bill payments will continue to process as scheduled. Recurring transfers between your Castle Rock Bank accounts set up in your current Online Banking account will transfer. For external transfers, please use Guaranty Bank s People Pay service to re-establish any external transfers. estatements THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT TRANSFER: Account alerts and ebill information You will be able to access the past 12 months of transaction history and estatements online at GuarantyBankCO.com shortly after conversion. If you receive estatements and wish to continue doing so, you must reinstate your choice within Guaranty Bank Online Banking by clicking Account Statement under the Accounts tab and accepting the estatement disclosure. Otherwise, your statements will be mailed to you and in the future you may be charged for paper statements. Going forward, we will provide 24 months of statements online. NOTE: We recommend that prior to December 1st you print and/or download copies of your transaction history and estatements as there can be a delay in transferring your history. When you log in to Guaranty Bank Online Banking, you can reestablish this information. Please make note of these items before December 1st, so that you can easily reestablish them. Account Nicknames for Personal Online Banking users HOW TO GET STARTED WITH MOBILE BANKING Before you can use the Guaranty Bank mobile app, you must log in to Online Banking and reset your password. It s easy. First, access Guaranty Bank Online Banking through your browser at GuarantyBankCO.com. Once you have reset your password, go to the App Store (Apple device) or Google Play Store (Android), and search for Guaranty Mobile Banking and download the free app. You will be required to register your device and complete the authentication steps before your initial log in. How to log in to Online Banking for the first time on or after December 4 th 4a 4b When you log in to Guaranty Bank Online Banking for the first time, you will be prompted to receive a One-Time Security Code. The code will be texted or called to the phone or mobile number associated with your Castle Rock Bank account. 1. Visit GuarantyBankCO.com, 1 enter your current Castle Rock Bank User ID in the User ID field at the top left side of the home page and click LOG IN. 2. Click Continue with Security Code. 3. You will be directed to a page displaying the secure contact 2 information we have on file for your account. Select the phone number you would like us to deliver your one-time security code to, and if you would like it to be delivered via text or voice message, then click Continue. The Secure Access Code is 3 only good for 15 minutes if delivered via text and 5 minutes if delivered via voice, so if it does expire, you will need to request a new one. If you do not recognize any of the telephone numbers listed, verify you entered the correct User ID. If you still do not recognize any of the listed telephone numbers, click on the link at the very bottom of the screen My phone number is not listed. 5 6 4. Enter the One-Time Security Code provided, then click Submit. 5. On the next screen, enter the default password, which is the last 6 digits of your social security or tax ID number, in the password box. You will be required to reset your password. 6. Verify your phone numbers and update them if necessary. 7. Read the Online Banking agreement, then click I Accept. ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURES Your security is a priority to us. PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING Personal Accounts Overview Personal Bill Pay A B C D E ACCOUNTS OVERVIEW Accounts Overview provides you with a quick view of all your accounts and balances. You can make a quick transfer between accounts, view pending transactions, and even check your secure messages. A. Accounts Review your account details, including account transactions and your account summary, or add a new account. You can also request estatements under the Accounts tab > Account Statement. B. Transfer Make and schedule transfers and make transfer templates. C. Payments Access Bill Pay and make person-to-person payments through People Pay. D. Administration Manage your username and password, modify mobile banking preferences, change your email address, and manage alerts. E. Customer Service Send and receive messages, request stop payments, and access calculators. B I L L PAY Found under the Payments tab, our Bill Pay Service displays your bills, bills due, pending payments, and payments processed. From here you can manage payees and schedule, edit, or delete scheduled payments. If you currently use Castle Rock Bank s Bill Pay, your bill payments will continue to process without interruption. All payees, recurring payments, and payment information will transfer to Guaranty Bank Online Bill Pay. You will be able to view and edit this information beginning Monday, December 4 when you log in to Guaranty Bank Online Banking. NOTE: No new payments, payees, or enrollments may be added, changed, or deleted on the Castle Rock Bill Pay system after Friday, December 1, 2017. On December 4, 2017, the Guaranty Bank Bill Pay system will be available for new payments and payees. With Guaranty Bank Bill Pay, you select the day for the payment to arrive, or when it is due. ACH stops must be reported in person at a branch or to the Call Center and completed forms may be required. With Business Bill Pay, your funds will be debited from your account when you schedule your payment. NOTE: The deadline for submitting wire transfers remains 2:00 PM MT and the ACH Deadline will remain 4:00 PM MT.
