AFFECTED VEHICLES All models, all model years SERVICE INFORMATION This is to inform you that an improved version of CSS-Net World Wide Manual for Windows 8 / 8.1 has been created. From this version onwards, Firefox is required for browsing the ESI (Electrical Service Information). We have also carried out improvements in viewer display. Please note that the CSS-Net World Wide Manual currently in use will not be available from October 31th, 2014. REFERENCE INFORMATION 1. Downloading the new CSS-Net World Wide Manual installer The new CSS-Net World Wide Manual installer can be downloaded from another website. Please see Attachment 1 for details. The icon of the current version on the desktop will be deleted by this installation. However, depending on the timing of installation, it will not be deleted. *CAUTION: Downloading the new CSS-Net World Wide Manual installer requires you to login in with your ID and password for the World Wide Manual. 2. Downloading the Firefox installer Firefox installer can be downloaded from the Mozilla website. Please see Attachment 2 for details. 3. Availability for use You can view the New CSS-Net World Wide Manual immediately after installation.
4. Troubleshooting CSS-Net World Wide Manual does not display correctly Depending on your Internet Explorer settings, the CSS-Net World Wide Manual may not display correctly. Attachment 1 Setting up the Isuzu CSS-Net World Wide Manual I. Adding Isuzu CSS-Net to Trusted Sites. 1) Open Internet Settings for Internet Explorer. 2) Go to the Security tab, select Trusted sites, and click the Sites button.
Attachment 1 3) In the pop-up box, please type https://www.css-club.net, then click Add. *** Make sure that the site is added to Trusted sites. 4) Once settings are complete, please close all the properties pop-ups of Internet Settings. ***If Internet Explorer is up and running, please close ALL instances of the program before using Isuzu CSS-Net World Wide Manual.

Using Isuzu CSS-Net World Wide Manual for the first time. 1) Double-click on the desktop icon. *** Make sure you always start the application from this icon. 2) Login from the Isuzu CSS-Net World Wide Manual login page. If it is the first time, the ActiveX prompt might appear, in which case please select Run Add-on to enable the control for the Isuzu CSS-Net World Wide Manual. 3) When the following prompt shows, press Run.
