Regina SCRIP Program Rules and Guidelines ONLINE ORDERING: De La Salle participates in the efficient online ordering system called ShopWithScrip! Here's how it works: 1. Register @ www.shopwithscrip.com Enrollment code:7a2b4lda4992 2. Select the gift cards you would like to order via Express Add and submit your order. There is an alphabetical list of national retailers available @ www.glscrip.com. Local vendors are not on that list, but are still available when ordering on www.shopwithscrip.com. 3. Pay by PrestoPay or enclose payment in an envelope marked "SCRIP" and turn it into the school office the next day. PAPER ORDERS: We no longer accept paper orders. Online Orders are due no later than Monday at 10 a.m. for distribution the following Thursday, from 2-3 p.m. in the commons, where we will also sell "On- Hand" SCRIP. If you are unable to pick up your SCRIP at that time, orders will be taken to the school office on Friday to be picked up at your convenience during business hours. Other arrangements can be made, if necessary. Regina SCRIP Enrollment and SCRIP Release Form must be filled out, signed and turned in prior to orders being released to you or sent home with your student. 75% of the revenue generated by your order will be applied to your tuition. The remaining 25% is used for program expenses. SCRIP is credited to your tuition account annually. SCRIP purchased will be applied to the following year's tuition. Parents of Senior students will receive a check, providing tuition has been satisfied. SCRIP gift cards are purchased on your behalf and are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. SCRIP purchases are NOT tax-deductible. For the most accurate information, please use the most current SCRIP Order Form. Picking up SCRIP requires a signature. When you do pick up SCRIP, please open it and verify its accuracy. In the unlikely event you should find a discrepancy in your order, please contact the SCRIP Coordinator within 24 hours. SCRIP certificates are considered cash and should be handled accordingly. De La Salle SCRIP will not be responsible for certificates that are lost, stolen or misplaced while in your possession. Check payments returned due to non-sufficient funds (NSF) will incur a $36 fee payable to De La Salle SCRIP. For questions regarding SCRIP, please contact Jenny Gruber Ph: (248)-250-4037; Email: jgruber@delasallehs.com

ShopWithScrip.com For your convenience, De La Salle has signed up with ShopWithScrip.com. You may now place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from any internet connected computer. All you have to do is to create an account and begin shopping. If you select "Express Add", you may enter in each gift card you would like to order. There is an alphabetical list of national retailers available @ www.glscrip.com. Local vendors are not on that list, but are still available when ordering on www.shopwithscrip.com. PrestoPay is not a credit card system, since credit cards reduce your program's ability to raise money. Instead, PrestoPay uses the safe and reliable NACHA electronic funds transfer system which is just as secure, and much more affordable. To use PrestoPay, you simply register your account information once in a secure environment, and then verify it again a few days later. From then on, you can elect to pay with Presto Pay at the time you order, and pay a modest convenience fee of $.39 each time.. Payment can be made using "PrestoPay" via ShopWithScrip.com, or you may send a check to the school office the next day in an envelope marked "SCRIP". All orders placed by Monday @ 10 a.m. will be ready for distribution when we sell "on hand" Scrip on Thursday of that same week. For friends and family registering on ShopWithScrip.com, please have them include your son's first and last name so that I may know who to apply tuition credit to. If you would like to make other arrangements for pick up, please contact me. If a Presto Pay payment is returned or rejected for any reason, there will be $30 fee that must be paid prior to receiving your Scrip. Remember ShopWithScrip rebate amounts are the Total Discount given. (Your tuition credit is 75% of the totals you see) DLS enrollment Code: 7A2B4LDA4992 For questions regarding SCRIP, please contact Jenny Gruber Ph: (248)-250-4037; Email: jgruber@delasallehs.com

Kroger Community Rewards Kroger has INCREASED the amount that De La Salle can earn from $50,000 a year to $200,000 a year! A GREATER opportunity for you to earn more tuition credit! Encourage EVERYONE you know to give you their Kroger Bonus Club Card number! It is now easier than ever! Once a Kroger Bonus Club Card number is registered with De La Salle, there is no need to do anything again for the rest of the year. The percentage that Kroger gives back to De La Salle changes quarterly depending on how many people are shopping for us. The more people who shop using their Kroger Bonus Club Number the MORE we will earn in tuition credit. REGISTER EVERYONE YOU CANI 1. Collect Start talking with people. If they shop at Kroger, ask them to link their Kroger Plus Card with De La Salle. Ask family, friends, co-workers and neighbors. Assure everyone that it costs nothing, and that they have to do nothing, but to shop at Kroger. 2. Write down their Kroger Plus Card Number on your Kroger Tuition Assignment List. This sheet will tell me who is earning for you when I compile and figure tuition credit. This DOES NOT REGISTER these Plus Cards! You will do that yourself (see #3). Enlist as many people as possible to help. 3. Link their Kroger Plus Card to De La Salle: Online: Ask them to go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com and register their plus card number using the Kroger How To Steps. Kroger Community Rewards FAQ's 1. Question: How much can my favorite community organization earn? Answer: Payments will be made a quarterly basis to participating organizations based on their percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending of all participating Kroger Community Rewards organizations. Kroger limits a participating organization's earned rewards to a maximum of $50,000 quarterly. Kroger limits a participating household's earned rewards to a maximum of $300 quarterly. The minimum quarterly reward payout is $25 per organization. In the event that an organization earns less than $25 in a quarter, Kroger will hold the amount until the next quarter that the reward exceeds $25 or until the end of the program term, whichever comes first. Your community organization's quarterly rewards check will be mailed or personally delivered to the organization by a Kroger representative within one month of the close of each quarterly cycle. 2. Question: Does Kroger have any restrictions on how my community organization uses the rewards I help earn? Answer: All proceeds derived from Kroger Community Rewards must be used for charitable purposes within the communities Kroger serves and cannot be used for political, legal or administrative purposes. Kroger Community Rewards has the discretion and right to terminate any organization from the program at any time if it is determined that any of the proceeds are used for political, legal or administrative purposes. 3. Question: Once I have enrolled, is my personal information secure? Answer: We do not sell, trade or rent our customers' personal information to outside companies or marketing firms. Please read our complete Privacy Policy online at www.kroger.com. 4. Question: Privacy is important to me personally as well. What information will you share with my organization? Answer: The quarterly reports sent to your chosen community organization will show your Kroger Plus Card Number, your first name, your last name and your donation amount. Your information will not be shared with anyone else. Please read our complete Privacy Policy online at www.kroger.com. 5. Question: After I sign up my Kroger Plus Card with an organization, how long before my purchases start counting towards rewards? Answer: Your purchases will begin earning rewards for your designated organization within 7 10 business days of registering your Kroger Plus Card online. 6. Question: How do I know my Kroger Plus Card is registered? Answer: Within 7 10 business days of successfully registering your Kroger Plus Card, you will see at the bottom of your Kroger receipt "At your request, Kroger is donating to 'your organization name'." 7. Question: Does everything in my shopping cart count towards my donation to my organization?

Answer: Supporters can earn rewards on almost everything, every time they shop! However, there are specific purchases that cannot be included: alcohol, tobacco, government-assisted pharmacy expenses, postage stamps, Kroger gift cards and Green Dot Prepaid Cards, gift certificates, bottle deposits, lottery and promotional tickets, fuel, fuel center purchases, office services and Sales Tax. Eligible pharmacy purchases include out-of-pocket co-pays for non-government-assisted pharmacy programs. 8. Question: Does participation in the program interfere with my Fuel Rewards? Answer: No, your Fuel Rewards are savings for you and your household. Your Community Rewards are savings for your favorite community organization. Even though both programs are based on your Kroger purchases and are linked to your Kroger Plus Card, the two programs are completely unrelated to each other. 9. Question: Can I give to more than one organization at a time? Answer: No, your Kroger Plus Card can be linked to only one organization at a time. However, you may choose to give to two organizations annually by changing your non-profit organization designation after six months. That way, you can give to one organization for six months and then the other for six months. 10. Question: How do I change my Kroger Plus Card to contribute to a different organization? Answer: Log on to Kroger.com, click "My Account", then click "'Edit Community Rewards Information." 11. Question: Why do I have to re-register next year if I'm already participating prior to May 2011? Answer: The Kroger Community Rewards Program will be evaluated every year and changes will be considered based on the success of the program. By making a one-year commitment to Kroger, Kroger is also making a one year commitment to you and your favorite community organization. It also gives each organization an opportunity to refresh its membership by spreading the word to new members and keeping the previous members informed about any changes to the program. The annual reenrollment will also help your favorite organization and Kroger maintain an updated list of group members' current address information, etc. HAVE QUESTIONS NOT ANSWERED HERE?
