General Information Price Includes: Lettering - Name, Dates, Title & Four Word Epitaph Carving - Standard Design Emblems - 1 on Single Markers, 2 on Companion Markers Delivery - Fuel Surcharge may be added when necessary Foundation and/or Installation Fee: Send separate check payable direct to the Cemetery or Sexton along with signed cemetery consent form (if required) with the contract. Delivery Time: Standard Memorials - 30 to 90 days Special Orders - 120 to 180 days Locations: Sketch a map of cemetery and give the grave location on the back of the contract. Please include the name of the nearest memorial by the burial. Duplicate Memorials: Use rubbing paper (supplied by Inch Memorials). If all the carving does not rub through, please draw other parts of design and supply photo whenever possible for best results. Inscriptions: Your order will be lettered exactly as shown on the contract. Additional wording such as "Father", "Mother", etc. or an epitaph such as "In Loving Memory" shown on a sample design will not be included on the memorial unless it is specified to do so on the contract. Cost Items General Information for all Styles of Pictures: Original Color or Black & White photographs must be submitted for all styles of pictures. Clear photos will produce the best results. Blurred,very small pictures or the photo finish will affect the quality of the final product. Please specify the format (Vertical or Horizontal) and the arrangements (for a double portrait) when order is submitted. Our Company's liability, in the event that the original photograph would be lost or damaged, is limited to the cost of a replacement print from a negative.
