Win Local Platform Tutorial 2: Take The Tour
Welcome Welcome to the all new Mobile Real Estate ID Win Local Platform. The Win Local Platform is a brand new, fully updated system which provides a multitude of powerful tools helping to maximize your advertising potential in today s real estate market, and Win Local! The Win Local Platform is a completely updated version, both visually and functionally, of the previous system you have been accustomed to using in the past. All of the previous functionality is present, yet many additional features have been introduced and integrated. The purpose of this tutorial is to help familiarize you with some of the features and advertising tools within the Win Local Platform. So let s get started! TUTORIAL 1: Take The Tour EST. TIME: 4-5 Minutes
Step 1.0 Dashboard: Access the my listings section Once logged in, click the my listings button at the top left corner of your dashboard.
Step 1.1 My Listings: Manage Your Listings & Features The Get PDF function allows you to download a custom made flyer for advertising your listing. This will allow you to update your listings in real-time. This will allow you to add a property manually to your account. This will allow you to search for any listing by Text Code, MLS# or Property Address The QR/Text area keeps track of how many Listing QR Code scans / Text Leads you have for the listing. Displays the total # of riders you have for this listing Shows the type of listing: A = Automatic (from MLS) M = Manually Added The Text Code is the unique identifier which allows others to text in for listing information. The Listing QR Code is a unique QR Code given to each listing which allows others to scan and view the unique listing site page. The HTML button will allow you copy and paste the HTML Code for your listing for 3 rd party syndication. The view button will allow you to preview how the listing will appear both on mobile and on tablet. The Action button will allow you to: Edit Listing Information Edit the Text Message Order a rider for the listing The Status button will allow you to change the status of a listing to: Active Under Contract Sold Withdrawn Expired
Step 2.0 Dashboard: Access the my leads section Click the my leads button at the top middle part of your dashboard.
Step 2.1 My Leads: Manage Your Leads This will allow you to search for any Lead by Mobile Number, Text Code, City, State, Status or property address. You can view your Lead history by entering a date range, or by clicking the Last 30 Days. Last 7 Days or Today buttons This is the mobile phone number of the potential buyer who texted into the Text Code assigned to your listing. This is the Text Code which was assigned to the listing when the lead was sent. This represents the current status of the listing. This is the time and date of when the lead was sent. This link shows the current status of the lead. You must manually click this link to set the status to Called. Clicking this icon will allow you to save the Lead as a Contact in the My Contacts Section of your account
Step 3.0 Dashboard: Access the mobile business card section Click the mobile business card button at the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
Step 3.1 My Mobile Business Card This is your custom vanity Mobile Business Card Code. Others can text this Code to 85377 in order to obtain your Mobile Business Card information and mobileenabled site You can change your custom vanity Mobile Business Card Code by typing an alternate code into this field and clicking the Save button. Note that ONLY letters and numbers are valid characters and spaces are NOT allowed. If the new code is available, you will be able to save it as your new vanity Mobile Business Card Code. You can view your Mobile Business Card QR Code by clicking the View BusinessCard QR Code button. You can customize the text message which is received when somebody texts your vanity Mobile Business Card Code to 85377 This is the unique URL to your Mobile Business Card mobile-enabled site. After entering custom text, click the Save button to save your changes. Note: you have a maximum of 134 characters (including spaces). This is live visual preview of what your Mobile Business Card mobile-enabled site will look like on a mobile device.
Step 4.0 Dashboard: Access the Listing History section Click the Listing History button on the left navigation panel of your dashboard.
Step 4.1: Listing History This will allow you to search for any non-active listing by Text Code, MLS#, status, price, address, city or state. This was the Text Code which was previously assigned to the listing. This was the date of when the listing was first imported/entered into your account. This is the current Status of the listing. This is the date of when the listing status was changed to inactive. By clicking this button, you will be taken to the My Leads page and will be able to view the entire Lead History for this listing. You can reactivate any listing by clicking this checkbox button. After doing so, the listing will reappear in the My Listings section of your account.
