2 - ReMCoSG Meeting Feedback C Murphy presented the ReMCoSG Meeting Upde. There has been no ReMCoSG Meeting held since the last Meeting. Next ReMCoSG Meeting is scheduled for 22 nd November 2017. 3. Actions Previous C Murphy provided the Action Items Upde. 2 Actions were closed since the last Meeting. 2 Actions were logged the last. Action Items 155 De-harmonision - CRU and UR to engage director level. Upde for Action logged the last. K Shiels reported th since the last he met with L Brien to discuss this mter. The RAs discussed how the UR has got to its current position on this mter which has become a cause of concern for UR. CRU s concerns were also discussed. As the UR had reached a minded to position some months ago to move forward with de-harmonision, both himself and L Brien have agreed to exchange thoughts over the next few weeks and months to see if there any other options short of full de-harmonision th will go some way to meet the UR s concerns. He intends to progress this particular discussion more fully between now and Christmas. G Kinsella enquired if the drop dead de for a decision and/or the potential level of work for Suppliers with regard to de-harmonision was discussed yet with the CRU. K Shiels replied th the RAs focused more on the issues rher than the timelines for finalising the thoughts. The UR apprecies th there will be a phase of work, if it did decide to push ahead with de-harmonision. He apprecies th there will be a piece of work from Suppliers and the Networks Companies to make th happen and th needs to be properly scoped and delivered. He referred back to the Minutes of the last WG which were extensive in this area. The concerns of the UR are principle in nure and need to be addressed. They cannot be swayed by more day to day Market mters. Therefore UR and CRU have not discussed the level of work for Suppliers. C Murphy suggested th Actions 155 & 156 be closed. De-harmonision is now a standing item on the Agenda. The next is scheduled for 16 th January 2018 which ties in nicely to allow UR and CRU to come back to the with upde as to how those discussions have progressed and wh are the next steps. 6. ESBN/NIE Networks Upde J Bracken presented slides on TIBCO Hub/Unplanned Outages. Refer to slides for full details. Unplanned Outages 2016-2017 J Bracken reported th the system is stable and but th there was a rise in the number of Supplier outages in October. G McHale added th this rise in outages was due to one or two Suppliers having the same issue. This once-off issue trend is being investiged the moment. She reminded Suppliers who are planning an outage to contact Atos, ESBN and NIE Networks in advance. Suppliers were also reminded to do their housekeeping as failure to do so could have an impact on unplanned outages. IT Managed Service Provider G McHale provided a hard copy of an upde on the IT Managed Service Provider which completed on 01/10/2017. She agreed to forward the upde to ReMCoDS who will add it to the presention on the RMDS calendar. New Action: 157: NIE Networks to send the IT Managed Service Provider upde to ReMCoDS who will in turn make it available on the RMDS Calendar. 7. CER Smart Metering Upde E Gallagher provided a SMART Metering upde. CRU published a SMART Metering phased approach the end of September 2017. Since then discussions on the phased approach and next steps are ongoing between CRU and ESBN. 8. Retail Market Design Upde C Murphy provided the Market Design Upde. MMR/Co-MMR 11.1 Monday 2 nd October Co-MMR 11.1 Release de of Monday 2nd October 2017, joint release with MMR 11.1 took place on 02/10. The CoBL was re-versioned to 3.1 to include new Supplier Codes. Outages There is a planned TIBCO outage in RoI & NI on Sunday 19 th November to 09:00 to 12:00. Full outage details are available, as usual, on the RMDS Website. G McHale added th this TIBCO outage is to allow for a new feure to the HUB webforms for planned Suppliers Outages which will monitor the outage times. This new system will be beneficial for Suppliers as the moment Suppliers have to wait for up to one hour to come back on line following an outage. She agreed to send the full details of the new functionality th will be released on the 19 th November to MPs via ReMCoDS. J Wynne enquired wh Suppliers should do with regard to emergency outages. G McHale advoced th Suppliers should inform Atos of any outages as soon as possible. Action 158: TIBCO Outage NIE Networks to send the full details of the new functionality th will be released on the 19th November 2017 to MPs via ReMCoDS. 9. Next Steps & AOB 1 Item in AOB item was raised by G McHale. Secure Meters DR Test Workshop The Secure Meters DR Test took place in July 2017. A Summary Report was issued subsequently. A workshop has been scheduled for Monday 6 th November 2017 10:30 in ESBN in Dublin to run through the Summary Report. Secure Meters will be in tendance, Suppliers are encouraged to tend this workshop and a more detailed report will issue following the workshop. The original tendees have already been notified of this workshop. A new action as logged for the Workshop details to be issued via ReMCoDS. Action 159: Secure Meters DR Test Workshop NIE Networks to provide details to MPs via ReMCoDS on the Secure Meters DR Test Workshop on 6 th November 2017. Next : Tuesday 16 th January 2018 Dublin.
