BACKGROUND INFORMATION The following guide describes the process for accessing the corporate network remotely from a personal device using Citrix Receiver rather than using a Web Browser. Note: You must have Citrix Receiver installed on your device in order to follow the instructions in this guide. Invesco cannot support your personal device Quick Links Windows PCs New Install of Citrix Receiver This will open up the Citrix Receiver window and you will be asked to enter your email or server address provided by your IT department to add an account. Invesco applications are configured to work with the server address only. Enter the address for goremote.invesco.com and click Add. Windows PCs Citrix Receiver with existing accounts configured Logging off GoRemote Receiver Help WINDOWS PCS NEW INSTALL OF CITRIX RECEIVER In order to use Goremote on your personal Windows PC you must install the required software called Citrix Receiver from the Citrix website at http://receiver.citrix.com. Business Partners that use Windows 10 please download and installed Citrix Receiver via this link. After installing Citrix Receiver you can configure it for direct connections to goremote.invesco.com rather than connecting through a Web Browser. To add a connection to Invesco resources directly in Citrix receiver double click on the icon in the system tray on your computer.
You will then be presented with a window which will ask you for the following details: The account for goremote.invesco.com will then be added to Citrix Receiver and you may be asked to authenticate a second time in order to access your applications. Your applications will then appear within Citrix Receiver showing the Invesco branding. You can then click on any application to launch them. Enter your Invesco user name, password and token code and then click logon. NOTE: If you have enrolled for RSA On-Demand (ODA) you will then need to enter your token code sent to you via SMS. Enter the token code and then click OK.
WINDOWS PCS CITRIX RECEIVER WITH EXISTING ACCOUNTS CONFIGURED If your Citrix Receiver has already been configured with existing accounts you will already have applications shown when you open receiver from the system tray. To add an account connection for Invesco resources directly in Citrix receiver double click on the icon in the system tray on your computer. When receiver opens any existing account configuration for resources will be displayed in the window. In the window that opens you will see a list of any accounts that have been added previously. To add a new connection for goremote.invesco.com click on the down arrow next to your name and then click on the Accounts option. Click Add to add a new account.
Enter your Invesco user name, password and token code and then click logon. NOTE: If you have enrolled for RSA On-Demand (ODA) you will then need to enter your token code sent to you via SMS. Enter the address for goremote.invesco.com in the text box and click Add. You will then be presented with a window which will ask you for the following details: Enter the token code and then click OK. The GoRemote_Receiver account should then appear in the list upon successful connection and authentication.
Citrix Receiver will then refresh while it is connecting you to your account. Click OK. This will return you to the Citrix Receiver screen showing your previous view of applications. You can then change to the new account you have just added for goremote.invesco.com. Click on the dropdown arrow next to your name and then click on Switch Accounts. Click on the account for GoRemoteReceiver. Once a connection has been successfully established the view in Citrix Receiver will update to show you the Invesco branding and applications available for the GoRemoteReceiver account. You can then click on any application to launch them.
