Make a Schneider Electric system communicate with any other PLC system Anybus X-gateways help you to easily connect any two industrial networks, fieldbus or industrial Ethernet. You get fast transfer of cyclic I/O data between two networks, offloading the PLC from working with additional complex calculations. X-gateways are tested and proven with Schneider Electric and most other manufacturers of PLCs such as, Siemens, Allen X-gateway Bradley, Mitsubishi, ABB, Omron, Hitachi, Beckhoff, Phoenix Contact, Bosch Rexroth and more. Easy configuration The connection between the two networks is quickly set up in the Anybus Configuration Manager software which means that no programming is required. Just connect, configure, and you re done. Communicator Connect a serial or CAN-based device to a fieldbus or industrial Ethernet network Anybus Communicator is a family of protocol converters that connect serial or CAN-based devices to all major industrial networks. The Communicator is capable of converting almost any standard or user specific (proprietary) protocol. Wireless transmission is made via Bluetooth or WLAN technology and there are several versions available for both serial and industrial Ethernet communication. One development project access to all networks During the development project, you design the Anybus module into your product. Anybus Wireless Bridge: Cable replacement Anybus Wireless Bridge is ideal for system integrators needing to establish a robust wireless connection for industrial use. Often used in pairs but can also be used as an access point connecting up to 7 nodes. Anybus Wireless Bolt: Give a machine wireless access Anybus Wireless Bolt is ideal for machine builders wanting to give their machines wireless access. It is mounted onto a cabinet or a machine and connects using Ethernet, CAN or Serial communication. You implement the Anybus driver in your processor which enables your product to exchange data with the Anybus module. Your product can now participate on the chosen network. Once you have implemented the Anybus module, your device has full network interchangeability. Simply plug in another Anybus module to offer your product to any market or business segment. Anybus CompactCom easiliy plugs into an automation device to offer connectivity to a certain network. Once you have implemented the Anybus product, your device has full network interchangeability. Simply change to another Anybus module to get connected to another network (for Ethernet versions, you can just download different software).

IXXAT technology is widely used for communication between components within machines and includes standardized software and hardware as well as customized OEM solutions. With a long track record within CANrelated connectivity, IXXAT solutions enable communication inside machines, industrial automation devices, medical equipment etc. Remote solutions With ewon Remote Solutions, you can configure or control Schneider Electric devices just as if you were on site. Simply connect an ewon router to your Schneider PLC or machine and you can do programming or commissioning from any location using your regular Schneider software tools. Just like being on site! ewon Cosy or Flexy allows you to open up a secure connection to remote machinery and devices. Through this connection, it is possible to do remote configuration, programming or debugging of your own device from any location. IXXAT cananalyser A powerful analysis tool for development, test and maintenance of CAN and DeviceNet networks. The software package is modular, open and expandable. IXXAT CAN Bridge IXXAT CAN Bridges can be used to connect networks and protocols of different bit rates and also provide simple translation and filter rules. They also enable expansion of network size. IXXAT CAN Repeater IXXAT CAN repeaters enable physical coupling of CAN or DeviceNet network segments. They can be used to change the topology of CAN systems to set-up tree or star networks. The integrated galvanic isolation provides a built-in protection against over voltage. IXXAT SG (Smart Grid) gateways The IXXAT SG-gateways are designed to enable communication between energy systems (e.g. IEC60870-5-104 and IEC61850s) and industrial automation systems. It is specifically suitable for Demand Response and Virtual Power Plants. IXXAT USB-to-CAN V2 These USB-to-CAN interfaces enable development of customized PC-based applications and are supported by the IXXAT tool suite (cananalyser and driver packages for the ODVA DeviceNet Conformance Test). ewon Cosy/Flexy: Configure Schneider PLCs remotely with your standard tools Connect a Cosy or Flexy router to your Schneider Electric PLC or machine. The gateway sends data via Ethernet or the cellular network.
