Read, understand and follow all instructions. The Wireless Phone Line Extender System does not operate during a power outage. The Wireless Phone Line Extender System can only be used for a single (analog) phone line. Choose an easily accessible socket-outlet close to the equipment you want to use. Equipment connected to the base and extension must be approved for telephone system. Unplug the system from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners. Use a damp cloth for cleaning. Do not use this system near water; for example, near a bath tub, washbowl, kitchen sink or laundry tub, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool. Never spill liquid of any kind on the system. This system should never be placed near or over a heat radiator. This system should not be placed in a built-in installation unless proper ventilation is provided. Do not disassemble or open the system. The Wireless Phone Line Extender is a wireless and cable free extension of the phone socket or VoIP adapter for an ordinary phone, modem, fax or satellite/cable set top box with integrated modem. Please read the following thoroughly and observe the operating instructions and information provided. Keep this guide for future use. Unpacking Carefully remove units from packaging. If there is any visible damage DO NOT attempt to operate the Wireless Phone Line Extender. Contact your dealer or shipping carrier immediately. BOX CONTENTS: 1. Base unit installation 1. Plug the wall socket adaptor in the existing phone wall socket. 2. Connect the enclosed phone line cord to the Base unit and connect the other end to the wall socket adaptor. 3. Connect your phone to the Base unit adaptor and connect Base unit adaptor to the Base unit. 4. Connect the Base unit to a power outlet and switch power on. TEL LINE Extension unit installation The Extension unit can be connected to either a normal phone, modem, fax or satellite/cable set top box. 1. Connect the extension unit adaptor to the Extension unit. 2. Plug the phone line cord from your phone, modem, fax or satellite/ cable set top box into the Extension unit. 2. 3. 3A: Connection of phone. Turn the switch to S -position for Speech (voice). 3B: Connection of modem, fax or satellite/cable set top box. Turn the switch to C -position for Computer (modem, fax or satellite/cable set top box). 4. Plug the Extension unit into a power outlet and switch power on. The light on top of the Extension unit will after a short period glow green (if switch is on C) or yellow (if switch is on S).
