P a g e 2 Definitions Scope: mywsi defines each organization or business as a scope. mywsi filters the information that a user is permitted to view by the scope that they are assigned. Role: mywsi defines the set of permissions and available actions within a role. Users may have the ability to delegate or revoke roles for other users. If you have questions around a specific role please contact your WSI representative. Invitation: a communication to delegate permissions to another user by sending them a Role. A User will need to use the code in the invitation to claim the Role. Delegate: the ability to assign a permission (Role) to another User. This is decided in the Invitation creation. Revoke: the ability to remove a permission (Role) from another user. This is decided in the Invitation creation.

The Home Page is a portal all of the functions of mywsi where users will access applications, navigate to accept invitations, navigate to revoke roles, and much more. Login Screen Users will need a ND Login to access certain applications, navigate to accept invitations, navigate to revoke roles, and much more.

P a g e 5 View My Roles Use this menu to view the roles a user currently has, delegate them, or manage other users within them. Step 1: From the Home Screen, select My Roles in the right corner (Figure 1) to view all the current roles a user has and the related scopes (Figure 2). Figure 1 Figure 2
P a g e 6 Delegate a role to another user There are roles within mywsi that a user has the ability to pass along to another user within their organization. Below are the steps for creating an invitation to pass this role to another user. Step 1: From the Home Screen, select My Roles in the right corner to view all the current roles a user has and the related scopes Step 2: To delegate a role to another user, select Invite.
P a g e 7 Step 3: In the Assign Roles window, select (if applicable) Can Delegate or Can Revoke (based on permissions for that role, a user may have the ability to delegate or revoke). Can Delegate: If set to True, the recipient of the invitation can delegate this same role to other users. If set to False, the recipient of the invitation cannot delegate this same role to other users. Can Revoke: If set to True, the recipient of the invitation can remove this role from another user. If set to False, the recipient of the invitation cannot remove this role from another user. Step 4: Select Add Role or select Cancel to return back. Step 5: To add an additional role for this invitation, select Add Role. Step 6: In the Assign Roles window, select the Role to add and select (if applicable) Can Delegate and Can Revoke.
P a g e 8 Step 7: In the Name field add a name for the invitation. Name it something specific so it can be referenced in the Invitation Management application. Step 8: Select Create Invitation to create unique invitation code for the specific role(s). Step 9: Enter the email address of the invitation recipient in Email field. Step 10: Add comments in Internal Comments. The comments are specific for Invitation Management feature and will not display in the email to the user. The comments will display when viewing the invitation details in the Invitation Management application. Step 11: Select Send Email

P a g e 10 View user roles within an organization Based on the roles a user has, they can view other users who have that same Role. Step 1: From the Home Screen, select My Roles in the right corner (Figure 3) to view all the current roles a user has and the related scopes (Figure 4). Figure 3 Figure 4

P a g e 12 Revoke a user s role Step 1: From the Home Screen, select My Roles in the right corner to view all the current roles a user has and the related scopes Step 2: Select Manage Users of the Role to view all users with the role. Step 3: Select Manage Users for the user.
P a g e 13 Step 4: Select Remove to revoke the role and select Save. The message in the upper right hand corner of the screen confirms the action to remove the user from this role.

P a g e 15 View invitations The Invitation Management application allows a user, with the Invitation Manager Role, to view invitation history. A user is able to view details of an invitation, cancel an invitation, and reissue an expired invitation View Invitation Detail Step 1: Select the Invitation Management application to display the scopes. Step 2: Select Search to view the invitations.
P a g e 16 The Invitations screen displays a list of active invitations. Code: Unique code for the invitation Name: Name the invitation, determined by the creator Email: Email address of the user who was sent the invitation Status: Current status of the invitation (Active, Claimed, Cancelled, Expired) Date: Creation date of the invitation Action: Actions specific for the invitation based on status The default view is set to Active invitations, from newest to oldest, and a user can filter any of the columns. Step 3: To refine search criteria, utilize the Start and End Date and change the Status type to the status (active, claimed, cancelled, or expired) of the invitation.

P a g e 18 Step 4: Select View to view the details of the invitation. A pop-up will display who assigned (created) the invitation, who accepted the invitation, when it was claimed, and when the invitation was issued.
P a g e 19 Cancel an Invitation Step 1: Select the Invitation Management application to display the scopes. Step 2: Select Search to view the invitations. Step 3: Select Cancel to cancel the invitation.
P a g e 20 Step 4: Select OK to confirm cancelling the invitation. Select Cancel to return to the Invitation Management screen. Confirmation of the action displays in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

P a g e 22 Reissue an Expired Invitation Step 1: Select the Invitation Management application to display the scopes. Step 2: Select Search to view the invitations. Step 3: Change search filter to Expired.

P a g e 24 Step 4: Select Re-issue to re-issue the invitation. Step 5: Select OK to confirm re-issuing the invitation. Select Cancel to return to the Invitation Management screen.
