Moisture proof operation. 6. Can operate in 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg and 50kg accuracy. 7. Auto zero tracking. 8. Can do manual calibration. 9. Can do individual load cell corner adjustment from indicator. No need of preset or resistance 10. Single indicator for Zemic load cell. 11. Serial communication for computer and IT interface. Now we start the function of the indicator This indicator is very simple in use. There are four keys of front panel 1. Z/t this key is zero tare key and further we will call it as key1. 2. this key is shift key and we will call it as key2. 3. this key is up key and we will call it as key3. 4. Func this is function key and we will call it as key4. Now we start the function of the indicator In digital load cell we have to give a unique number to every load cell and it will be done by the indicator as follows 1. Connect single load cell with the indicator as per connection diagram and switch on the indicator while pressing any key. 2. Display shows C MODE and then 0000. 3. Press key 3 to make C 0000 to C 1230. 4. Press key 1 and display shows type. 5. Press key 3 to enter type of load cell 0 for zemic and 1 for hak 6. Press key 1 and exit.
Switch on the indicator while pressing any key. 1. Display shows C MODE and then 0000. 2. Press key3 to make C 0000 to c 1000. 3. Press key1 and display will show the type you enter 4. Press key1 and display shows tlc 0. 5. Here press key3 to enter total number of load cell. 6. Press key1 and display shows lc set and indicator goes to setting mode. 7. Press key1 again display shows lc 1. This shows that the loadcell connected will be marked as load cell number 1. 8. Now press key1 and display shows wait. Here wait till the display turns to ok lc1.if there is an error then display will shows error on screen and will go to check the load cell again. 9. Again press key1 and display shows lc 2. Hear disconnect first load cell and mark it as loadcell 1 and connect second load cell and repeat the same process till all load cell get the numbers. 10. Here we end the load cell marking Now connect all load cell and switch on the machine. If there come 0 on screen then machine is working properly. Otherwise machine will shows the load cell number which is faulty or wire of this load cell is not connected properly. Then check that load cell and proceed. Capacity setting: Press any key and switch on the machine. Here enter password 2000. And press key1. Display shows enter again press kay1, Display shows ma cap press key1 and then enter desire capacity. 060000 for 60 ton. Press key1 display shows deci here enter decimal point. Press key1 display shows res.here enter accuracy say 05 for 5 kg and 10 for 10kg Press key1 display shows A-0. This is auto zero tracking and this value multiply by accuracy will be auto zeroed. Press key1 display shows stab. This is for air locking or for drifting and if we increase this value then stability increase but the weight will slow. Press key1 display shows cali. Here you decide either you want to calibrate the scale or not.
0 = no calibration and no corner adjustment. 1 = only calibration and no corner adjustement 2 = both calibration and corner adjustment can be done Press key1 and exit. Calibration:- These load cells are pre calibrated and need not to calibrate the system. For this you have to put 0 in cali parameter as described above. If calib parameter is 0 then no calibration and corner adjustment can be done. If you want only calibration then put 1 in this parameter. If you want both cornors adjustement and calibration then put 2 in this parameter. For calibration press any key and switch on the machine Here enter passward 3000. And press key1. Display shows 10000 means all calibration can be done with respect to 10000 kg. Press key1 and display shows 000000 here you can enter the weight you want with respect to 10000 kg Example1: Suppose the weighbridge is showing 29925 kg for 30525 kg weight then formula will be 29925/30525*10000 = 9803 kg. So we have to put 9803 kg. Example2: Suppose the weighbridge is showing 28725 kg for 25135 kg weight then formula will be 28725/25135*10000 = 11428 kg. So we have to put 11428 kg. Here press key1 after entering the weight and calibration is done. For corner adjustment press any key and switch on the machine Here enter password 4000. And press key1. Press key1 and display shows corner
Press key1. Display shows 10000 means all corner adjustment can be done with respect to 10000 kg. Press key1 and display shows LC-1 here you can enter correction in weight of load cell no. 1 by simply + or - with key 2 and key 3 with respect to 10000 kg. Press key1 and display shows LC-2 here you can enter correction in weight of load cell no. 2 by simply + or - with key 2 and key 3 with respect to 10000 kg. Ex. If you want to increase weight of LC1 by 10 kg then put 10 in LC1 value and if you want to decrease the weight in LC1 by 10 kg then put -10 in LC1. This procedure goes up to the TLC(TOTAL NUMBER OF LOAD CELL) value. Example3: Suppose the lc-1 is showing 20200 kg for 20000 kg weight then formula will be 20200/20000*10000 = 10100 kg. So we have to put 100 kg(10100-10000) in lc-1. Example4: Suppose the lc-2 of weighbridge is showing 15575 kg for 15625 kg weight then formula will be 15575/15625*10000 = 9968 kg. So we have to put -32 kg (10000-9968) in lc-2. Example5: Suppose the lc-3 weighbridge is showing 20 kg less weight for 15355 kg then formula will be (15355+20)/15355*10000 = 10013 kg. So we have to put 13 kg in lc-3. If you don t need to adjust other load cell then put 10000 for no corner adjustment. If you again want the scale without calibration then again put 0 in parameter cali. That s all..
For checking zemic load cell please check resistance as follows:- 1. Black and brown = 9k to 11k. 2. Black and white = 9k to 11 k. 3. Black and yellow = 9k to 11k. 4. Black and blue = 9k to 11k. Connection diagram for zemic 6 wire load cell: Connect loadcell wire on 15 pin connector as below Pin no. 1 and 2.red Pin no. 3..brown Pin no. 4..yellow Pin no. 5..white Pin no. 6..blue Pin no. 7 and 8..black These colour combination is for zemic six wire loadcell as per zemic load cell color code. Connect computer to 9 pin d type connector as follows. Pin no 2 Pin no 5 data out goes to pin no 2 of 9 pin computer connector. ground goes to pin no 5 of 9 pin computer connecter.
