Make your selections! This is your chance to decide which merit badges sessions campers are attending. To refer to what classes are offered during each session, please click Class Schedule in the attachments section. Quick Guide: Click register by the week you are attending camp. Choose how many youth are registering. Register yourself as a guest or create and login to a myroster account. Complete your registration information, including Council, Unit Type, and Unit Number. Click each Attendee (Youth) that has an exclamation point and "Information Needed" by it. o Fill in the Scouter information including First Name, Last Name, Age, Scout Rank, and # of Years Camping o To choose the schedule, click "Select Class" button o To choose a class, click in the area of the Class Description. The dropdown box will take you to the beginning of classes for each session. Items to note: o Some classes have a limited number of participants. Once that number has been reached you will be added to the wait list. o For limited classes with older Scout priority all registrants will be wait-listed. o Wait-list decisions will be made by camp administration 2 weeks prior to each camp session. o Scouts can choose another class during the wait-listed session. Schedules will be updated with wait-list decisions. When done selecting sessions and completing youth information, click through the summary tab. Verify everything is correct. Click the Checkout tab. Click the "Book Registration" button Please note there is a timer that guarantees your registration. If you need more time as you're registering, click "Reset Timer". 1 P a g e

Making Changes To add participants, remove participants, change classes after the initial registration. Open your confirmation email, and click View registration ######## details Make additions, subtractions and class changes in the attendee tab like you did when you signed up. 10 P a g e
If you don t have your confirmation email: Go to the Council Calendar and click the event Camp C.S. Klaus Online Merit Badge Sign-up. Click Register. Choose your session if necessary. Click the Existing Registration? link under the Register Now button. Enter your Email Address in the bottom box, and click Email Me. The system will send you a list of up all the registrations associated with your email. On that email, click the linked Registration Number to get back into your registration in order to make changes. 11 P a g e

Click on the report you want to see. The Class Attendee Summary report a list of classes sorted by the Scout. The Class Period Summary report shows you the same information, but sorts it by Session. The Class Attendee Schedule report provides each Scout a list of the classes they are signed up for, and the requirements needed before camp. 13 P a g e
