In addition to everything a small workgroup needs for day-to-day printing, copying and distributing documents, a Super G3 fax and internal finishing option can be added for even greater convenience. Efficient printing and copying Printing and copying at 16 and 20 pages per minute respectively, the ir2016i and the ir2020i have the speed to handle the needs of the most demanding small workgroup. To avoid wasting time, they take only 13 seconds to warm up and the first copy appears in only 7.9 seconds. Clear and crisp prints A high print resolution of up to 1,200 x 1,200dpi (maximised) ensures that documents are produced with complete clarity and fidelity. The ir2016i comes with a standard paper capacity of 330 sheets that can be increased with the addition of optional paper trays to 580 or 1,080 sheets. Scan, save and send in one step With this technology, you can scan, save and send colour documents in common digital formats such as TIFF, JPEG, PDF and PDF Compact. In one step you can scan a document and email it, save it on your network, send it as an ifax over the Internet or send it to a folder on your desktop.
