Direct Mail Programs New Homeowner You determine the home value and the target area. We create three cards together. The cards are loaded into an automated mailing site and are sent once per week to all the new homeowners in the target area with the home value selected with no work required by you. There are no minimums on these orders, if there is one new homeowner, one card is mailed. Each new homeowner is contacted three times through this program. Targeted Mailings We have worked with Decorating Den owners to find the perfect client. The demographics that make up this perfect client include age, income, marital status, interests in art, home decorating and furnishing, home value, gender and more. After we determine your target area based on neighborhood, zip code, city or county a count is run utilizing these demographics and the number of records is provided to you along with a suggested strategy on how to reach as many as possible within your budget. Neighborhood Mailings This is our original product and is still bringing great success to many owners. Similar people buy similar things and live in similar areas. This program assists the word of mouth referrals of neighbors. In today s world we all know that neighbor s don t communicate the way the used to. You select an address within a neighborhood and we can mail to 50 of the closest homeowners. We can also select all the homeowners within the boundaries of that specific neighborhood and mail to them. This is great for gated communities or other areas that are difficult to advertise your services to. 2
Business to Business Mailings Business owners need your service, both in the office and at home. Creating the environment for their clients is an important part of their success. You determine the area based on neighborhood, zip code, city or county as well as the type of businesses you wish to mail to. A count is run utilizing these areas and business types and the number of records is provided to you along with a suggested strategy on how to reach as many as possible within your budget. Invitation Mailings Invite guests to your workshop, home show or grand opening. It is always great to get face time with a potential customer to discuss how you can help them. We will use a list you provide or help you find clients who will attend and enjoy your event. Using targeted data, paired with a geography close to your event location you can fill your seats and your appointment book. Every Door Direct Mail With Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), you can saturate a carrier route with your mailing, reaching every mailbox along the chosen route and delivered by the USPS letter carriers with the day s mail. The USPS has a user friendly site to assist you in determining the areas that you wish to send to and what the postage cost will be. Spend as little as $.16 per piece on postage for an 8 1/2 x 11 flyer. We will help you to design and print your flyers then ship them to you with the proper mailing indicia. 3
