Account Login & Webinar Registration Instructions Welcome to Kerretv (Key-thee-duh, Creek word for Learning ) Online, the Native Learning Centers online environment for learning. This document will provide you with instructions on how to create a new account, retrieve your forgotten username and password, login to a previously existing account, and register for webinars through Kerretv Online. Logging into Kerretv Online: Go to http://www.kerretvonline.com and follow the instructions below to either self-register for a new account or to login to a previously created account. If you are a first time user, follow the steps on (Step 1) page 2 to create a username and password. If you have already created an account on Kerretv Online but forgot your username or password, proceed to (Step 1) page 6. If you are logging on as a returning user, proceed to (Step 1) page 10. Viewing Current Courses and Registration: Once you have successfully logged into Kerretv Online you will be directed to the Home page where you can view current courses being offered, utilize course materials, and register for courses and webinars. Instructions on viewing current courses and course materials can be found on (Step 1) page 11. Instructions for registering for a webinar can be found on (Step 1) page 15. If at anytime you experience problems creating an account, logging in to your account, or navigating your way around Kerretv Online, please call the Native Learning Center at (954) 985-2315, and someone will be more than happy to assist you. 1

Logging on as a First Time User Step 1 Is this your first time here? If so, go to http://www.kerretvonline.com, and click on Create new account form the Kerretv Online login page. 2

Step 2 All fields in red font are mandatory fields. Please enter all required information for all fields below. Username*, a good rule of thumb for creating a username would be the first part of your e-mail address, before the @. Example: For the e-mail address JohnDoe01@e-mailaddress.com, the user name would be johndoe01, all lower case. Password*, if you would like to see the characters you are typing, place a check in the Unmask box, to the right of the Password* field. Once all required information has been entered, click Create my new account at the bottom of the page. 3

Step 3 Go to the e-mail account for the e-mail you used to register on Kerretv Online to retrieve an e-mail from Native Learning Center Kerretv Online: account confirmation. Follow the instructions in the e-mail. To confirm your new account, please go to the web address: listed in the e-mail. Please note: If you do not receive an e-mail within 15 minutes, check your SPAM and/or junk folder(s). If you are unable to locate the e-mail with instructions, please call the Native Learning Center at (954) 985-2315. 4

Step 4 Once clicking on the web address from the e-mail in Step 5, you will be redirected to the below screen. Click on the HOME button. Please note: If you are not redirected to the above screen, you will automatically be redirected to the Home page (below). Step 5 Continue to Registering for a Webinar on page 15 for instruction on how to register for a webinar. 5

Retrieving Your Forgotten Username or Password Step 1 Click on the Forgotten your username or password? link below. The link will provide you with the 2 options. 6

Option 1 - Username Enter the username you used to create your Kerretv Online account. Note: A good rule of thumb for creating a username would be the first part of your e-mail address, before the @. Example: For e-mail address JohnDoe01@emailaddress.com, the user name would be johndoe01, all lower case. Once you enter the user name you used to create your Kerretv Online account, click Search. Option 2 E-mail Address Enter the e-mail address you used to create your Kerretv Online account. Once you enter the e-mail address you used to create your Kerretv Online account, click Search. 7

Step 2 Go to the e-mail account that you used to register on Kerretv Online to retrieve an e-mail from Native Learning Center Kerretv Online: Change password confirmation. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to confirm your password reset and create a new one. Please note: If you do not receive an e-mail within 15 minutes, check your SPAM and/or junk folder(s). If you are unable to locate the e-mail with instructions, please call the Native Learning Center at (954) 985-2315. 8

Step 3 After clicking on the link provided in the e-mail from Step 2, you will be redirected to the below screen. Click Continue and follow the instructions to change your password If at anytime you experience problems creating an account, logging in to your account, or navigating your way around Kerretv Online, please call the Native Learning Center at (954) 985-2315, and someone will be more than happy to assist you. Step 4 Once you have successfully changed your password, login to Kerretv Online and proceed to Registering for a Webinar on page 15 for instruction on how to register for a webinar. 9

Returning Users Step 1 If you are a returning user and already have a username and password for Kerretv Online, you can login in at http://www.kerretvonline.com. Once you have logged onto Kerretv Online you will be directed to the Home page where you can view current courses and materials and register for a webinar. Proceed to Registering for a Webinar on page 15 for instruction on how to register for a webinar. 10

Viewing Courses and Course Materials Step 1 To view the current courses and/or download course materials, click on the View Course Offerings links below each of the Focus Areas. 11

Step 2 After clicking on the link you will be directed to a list of current courses being offered under the selected Focus Area. Select a course by clicking on a course title. 12

Step 3 Once you have selected a course to view, you will be required to enroll in this course. Click on Enroll now to enroll in the course (seen below). Please note: If you are already enrolled in the course you be directed to the Topic outline page, see Step 4 below. 13

Step 4 Once you have enrolled into the course you will be directed to the Topic outline page. This page will give you a description of the course, list any scheduled webinars, and provide course materials that are available for download. Step 5 Continue to Step 3 of Registering for a Course on page 17 for instruction on how to register for a webinar. 14

Registering for a Webinar Step 1 To register for a webinar, click on the course you would like to register for from the Register Now for Upcoming Webinars section on the Home Page (see below). Please note: If you are already on the Topic outline page on Kerretv Online, please proceed to step 3. 15

Step 2 Once you have selected the course you would to register for, you will be required to enroll. Click on Enroll now to enroll in the course (seen below). You are now registered for the webinar. 16

Attending Live Webinar Step 1 To attend a webinar, you will enter the course during it is scheduled time. To enter the webinar, click on the link shown below. Step 2 To enter the room for the webinar, use your first and last name to login in as a guest. 17
