Perceptive Experience Content Apps 2.3.1 Release (2018) Content Apps 2.3.1 provides updates to the functionality of the Content Apps 2.3.0 release. The following package version updates are included in this month s patch. Annotations 4.0.1 Tasks 4.2.3 Workflow 2.4.2 System The following system updates are included in this release of Content Apps 2.3.1. Properties Resolved an issue where the system did not save the composite custom properties after a user made changes to the display order. (US76094) Resolved an issue where the system unexpectedly closed the application if the user added or removed composite custom properties on ipads or ipad Minis. (TFS76096) Annotations Library Release 4.0.1 (January 2018) The following updates are included in this release of the Annotations Library. Resolved an issue where users with the appropriate drawer and document type privileges could not move or delete their own digital signature visual representation annotations. (TFS76140) Tasks Release 4.2.3 (January 2018) The following updates are included in this release of the Perceptive Experience Tasks App. Resolved an issue where the system did not save, or prompt the user to save, the visual representation for a task if the task was not currently in view. (TFS76095) Workflow Release 2.4.2 (January 2018) This following updates are included in this release of the Perceptive Experience Workflow App. Resolved an issue that affected system performance when returning a list of processes and queues. Perceptive Experience Content Apps 2.3.0 Release (2017) Perceptive Experience Content Apps 2.3.0 provides new features, product and platform enhancements, and updates. This release provides you with the Content Capture, Documents, Tasks and Workflow App functionality. With these Apps you can view and manage your content with the convenience of a web browser outside of Perceptive Content itself. This document provides an overview of the new functionality available to you. The following Apps are included in this month s patch. Documents 4.2.0 Content Capture 2.2.5 Forms 5.0.0 Tasks 2.4.1 Workflow 2.4.1 DocumentViewer 7.0.3 Available features This section highlights the new features available in Perceptive Experience Content Apps, version 2.3.0. The Annotation Library now supports an Integration Server call that allows the current page to be replaced with a redacted version. You can put documents into version control, check in and check out documents to make edits and view document version history. From the document views grid you can move documents. You can view and edit document composite custom properties. You can edit F1 through F5 document keys. You can navigate through document search results using browse functionality. You can create and edit Document Notes. The system displays recently viewed related documents by default when you view the related documents pane. You can add and delete tasks from within the Documents, Tasks and Workflow Apps. You must have the Task Template>Delete privilege for the associated task template to delete a task. System Enhancements Configuration properties defining the display settings for the Properties pane have been added to the config.json file in the lesrdl-content-properties section. This version of Perceptive Experience Content Apps implements the Properties pane display settings as defined in the config.json file regardless of the current user s privileges. User privileges are enforced when a document is saved. System The following system updates are included in this release of Content Apps 2.3.0. 5
Resolved an issue where a user cannot save changes to a form associated with a document in version control that is checked out. (TFS15868) Resolved an issue where the system incorrectly displays a dialog to confirm saving changes to a form after the user has already selected Save. (TFS15847) Resolved an issue where calls to Integration Server did not complete due to an invalid Integration Server SSO session. This prevented the Documents and other apps from opening. (TFS72352) Resolved an issue where the system did not prompt the user to save changes when they navigate away from the Documents module by selecting the Experience icon. (TFS72733) Resolved an issue where the user had to select the Properties icon twice before the Properties Pane is hidden on the user interface. (TFS72753) Resolved an issue with form rendering on mobile devices. (TFS74222) Resolved an issue where the system does not correctly save modified document keys when a document has an empty array custom property associated with the document. (TFS74256) Resolved an issue where the system did not save edits to document keys when a form that synchronized with document keys and custom properties was modified and the user selected the back button to leave the form. (TFS74260) Resolved an issue where resizing the checkmark, highlight, oval or rectangle annotation causes a change in the location where the system displays the annotation. (TFS74263) Resolved an issue where the system allowed a user to create a digital signature task on a corm centric document. (TFS74419) Content Capture Release (December 2017) The following updates are included in this release of Content Capture. This section provides an overview of the updates implemented in this release of Content Capture. Resolved an issue where systems with postsavescriptname set to run as part of the document capture process did not display the postsavescript confirmation message to the user. (TFS73483) Resolved an issue where the system does not display PDF previews in Internet Explorer. (TFS74899) Documents App Release (December 2017) This release of the Perceptive Experience Documents App includes the following features, enhancements, and updates. Available Feature The following additional feature is available in Viewer, version 6.3.0. You can edit Field1 to Field5 under Document Properties. 6
Product enhancements The documents package now utilizes the les-rdk-fpa-indocumentviewer version 6.0 package. Improved handling of the browser s back button when the viewer is open with unsaved changes. The system enables the back button to display of a list vies on mobile devices. Resolved an issue where the First and Last Name did not appear in the Digital Signature Authentication dialog when accessing the system on a mobile device running ios. (TFS74128) Resolved an issue where the system displays the document a user previously accessed via URL after the user has closed and reopened the Documents app. (TFS74220) DocumentViewer Release (December, 2017) This release includes DocumentViewer, versions 6.4.0-7.0.3. Available Features Resolved an issue where the page number was not updated when you reordered a page or added a page before it. (TFS 72977) Resolved an issue where an image was zoomed to 500% when you selected 100% zoom. (TFS 73049) Resolved an issue where an error message was displayed when you rotated and saved a TIFF page with the thumbnail viewer component turned off. (TFS 73111) Resolved an issue where page-navigation control was not displayed when you opened a no-page document and added a page to it. (TFS 73119) Resolved an issue where multiple pages could not be selected with SHIFT + Page Down/Up keys in a document. (TFS 73341) Resolved an issue where an error message continued to be displayed even after the document was saved successfully. (TFS 73743) Resolved an issue where the thumbnails pane was displayed with the image page in the original position when you selected the Show thumbnails button after you rotated an image page in a document with the thumbnails pane turned off. (TFS 73823) Resolved an issue where the annotation changes made to an image page were not saved when you selected Back while the same page was opened from another client and was added to version control. (TFS 74017) Resolved an issue where document properties were not always saved when you routed the document in workflow. (TFS 74198) Resolved an issue where you were not redirected to the Document Upload page if you added an unsupported document. (TFS 74221) Resolved an issue where a document which was not checked out of version control could not be saved if you moved any Task annotation in it. (TFS 74257) Resolved an issue where the Document Viewer state was not updated when you added a signature task which changed the version control state of the document. (TFS74310) 7

(TFS 74313) Resolved an issue where a page was not added properly after you deleted a page. (TFS 74341) Resolved an issue where a page was not deleted properly when the thumbnail pane was closed. (TFS 75397) Resolved an issue where the document changes were lost when you cancelled Undo checkout. (TFS 75462) Resolved an issue where a page continued to be displayed in pageviewer & thumbnailviewer even after you deleted it. (TFS 75733) Forms Release (December 2017) This release of the Perceptive Experience Forms App includes the following features, enhancements, and updates. Produce enhancements Enabled display of context menu icon for mobile devices. Integration Server version dependencies are now defined for this package. Removed the data-keep-in-dom attribute from iframe wrapper. Resolved an issue where the system incorrectly displays a dialog to confirm saving changes to a form after the user has already selected Save. (TFS15847) Resolved an issue where a user cannot save changes to a form associated with a document in version control that is checked out. (TFS15868) Tasks Release (December 2017) The following features, enhancements, and updates are included in this release of the Perceptive Experience Tasks App. Available features You can now delete a task for which you have the requisite privileges. Resolved an issue where the system did not provide a confirmation message when a user deleted a task. (TFS72684) Resolved an issue where the system did not remove the visual representation for a task when a user selected a task in the related task view and then selected the delete button. (TFS72686) Resolved an issue where the system does not maintain the sorted order of tasks when a task is deleted from the related task view. (TFS72688) 8
Resolved an issue where the system did not display a task visual representation for documents that were checked out under version control. (TFS75402) Workflow Release (December 2017) This following features, enhancements, and updates are included in this release of the Perceptive Experience Workflow App. Product enhancements Improved handling of the browser back button when the viewer is open with unsaved changes. You can now use the routing option of Route Anywhere, Route Back, and use parallel routes. An improved error message is now provided to a user if they attempt to view a document in version control that is marked as private. Resolved an issue where the system did not display a workflow item that had previously been opened by the current user when the user navigated to the Home page and then back to the Workflow app. (TFS74188) Resolved an issue where the system closed the Route anywhere menu when a user attempted to use the scroll bar to view the workflow process queue list.
