Juniper Networks CSC and Partner Center Sign Up for an Account Quick Reference Set up a new Customer and/or Partner Account To gain access to Juniper Networks numerous tools and resources as an authorized support customer and/or Juniper Advantage Partner you must create an online user account. Start your Application Start your application by reviewing the User Account Policy to confirm you are authorized to set up an account and accept terms of this account. You will need the following information in order to complete this application process; 1. User account is an email address and must be your company s email domain account i.e. partnername@partnercompanyname.com Note: Public domain email addresses like gmail.com, att.net, yahoo.com, hotmail.com will not be accepted. 2. Must be global trade compliance Juniper Networks online form Go to: http://www.juniper.net/partners/ and select the Create an Account. This is a four (4) step process; 1. Eligibility 2. Step 1: Eligibility Juniper Networks has a huge volume of sales, support and marketing resources. To help us provide you with the most Comprehensive access please complete your company email address, country and Authorization Code or Product Serial Number as shown in the following two (2) graphics. Complete all required fields. Create User Account 1. Email Address (MUST be company domain) 2. Country Use your company email address. This is required to insure you are set up access privileges and will be your user account ID. Authorization Code or Serial Number Select one (1) of the three (3) options based Note: If you are an authorized JPA Partner employee you will need your company s 10 digit Authorization Code. Complete your personal office location information Step 3: Encryption Agreement Juniper Networks is required by federal law to obtain your acceptance of the Encryption Agreement in order to enable any software download applications you may be eligible for. Step 4: Confirmation Upon submission of this request you will receive the confirmation page as seen below. This completes the User Account request process.
