A 12 hour program given to 5 people at a time, broken down into 1-2 hour sessions, ensuring that participants are actively engaged, fresh and focused! The entire program will be given over the course of a week or longer period, and modified depending on the needs of the participants. This will enable participants to utilize what they have learned in their daily negotiations and obtain actionable insights which can be shared with the instructor and group at the following session.! In addition, at the conclusion of the program, the participants will have the option to collectively come back after a period of time and share their negotiation experiences with the instructor and group, applying the concepts they have learned.!
