Switch between work and play with a few quick taps on your Android phone or tablet. Carry one device loaded with your favorite games and apps as well as your encrypted business email, contacts and calendar. All of this is now possible with AT&T Toggle and your company doesn t mind one bit. AT&T Toggle separates business data by encrypting your business data in the work mode. Before you begin using AT&T Toggle, ensure that you meet the following requirements: You have a compatible Android device, running Android versions 2.3 and 4.0.x 4.3. All Android devices running 3.x and versions below 2.3 are not compatible. You have a Google Account set up on the personal side of the device. You have a stable Wi-Fi or 4G connection. You have infrastructure running Exchange 2007 or 2010, Office 365, IMAP or POP3. You have Exchange Active Sync enabled (if using an Exchange account). Go to the applications menu on your Android phone or tablet and click on the AT&T Toggle application. A prompt for your AT&T Toggle PIN appears. Enter the PIN you created during the installation process. For convenience, you can add the AT&T Toggle application to your device s desktop by pressing and holding the AT&T Toggle icon and dragging it to the device desktop. Figure 1 You will see the following icons (Figure 2) on your AT&T Toggle application home screen. You may see additional applications depending on the applications your administrator has bundled for you. Figure 2 Page 1

The following sections describe the functions behind each of the AT&T Toggle icons: The Personal icon allows you to switch to the personal side of the device at any time from within the business workspace. ToggleHub is an enterprise application store which allows enterprises to roll out their own in-house applications and content. Selecting the ToggleHub icon provides access to business applications and content approved by your Toggle Administrator. You can download applications and other content such as media and documents from ToggleHub onto your Android phone or tablet. The ToggleHub application consists of 3 tabs: Applications All applications that your Toggle Administrator made available to download to your device Media & Documents All media and document files that are made available to you by your Toggle Administrator to download to your device My Content All applications, media and documents that are already downloaded to your device Figure 3 Note: Some applications available in ToggleHub may take you to Google Play to install. Any apps installed this way will not be available within the AT&T Toggle workspace. Instead they will appear on the personal side of your device and will not be managed by AT&T Toggle. The Browser application is a highly secure browser that helps you access websites approved by your Toggle Administrator. If your Toggle Administrator has enabled VPN for your AT&T Toggle workspace, you can access your corporate intranet from this application. When you click on the Download icon from AT&T Toggle Desktop, you will see all the documents and media that your Toggle Administrator has made available to you, as well as any documents you have downloaded from email attachments or from the Browser application. Figure 5 Figure 4 Page 2

The Secure Gallery app displays any image files you have saved or downloaded within the AT&T Toggle workspace. You can save, download and view image files (jpg, png or bmp) from email attachments, ToggleHub or from the Browser app. The Messaging icon takes you to the business message inbox which will store all the text, picture and video messages from your business contacts. To receive messages in the AT&T Toggle workspace, add the business contact to your contacts within AT&T Toggle. Otherwise your messages go to the personal side. Figure 6 The OfficeSuite icon takes you to OfficeSuite Viewer, a document viewer that allows you to open and view common file types (e.g. ppt, pdf, xls). With OfficeSuite installed, you can view email attachments and other documents within the other AT&T Toggle apps. The free OfficeSuite document viewer is available to you as part of your AT&T Toggle Bundle. For more information about OfficeSuite Viewer, please visit: MobiSystems OfficeSuite Website Note: Some functionalities of the OfficeSuite Viewer app (such as cloud storage) are disabled to preserve the integrity of AT&T Toggle. Figure 7 The Calendar app shows the calendar associated with your corporate email address. You can view your calendar by Day (Figure 8), Week (Figure 9), Month or Agenda views. The Calendar app includes Push Updates, Global Address List (GAL)/contact lookup for attendees, Edit Appointments, Delete Appointments, Reminders, Create from Email, Agenda View Supports Due Tasks, and Accept/Decline Meetings. Figure 9 Figure 8 Page 3

Figure 20 Note: If you check the Device Location option, your Toggle Administrator will be able to locate your device from the Toggle Administrator Portal, regardless of whether your device is operating in the personal side of the device or within the AT&T Toggle workspace. 3: AT&T Mobile Security Note: AT&T Mobile Security (AMS) is an optional application. Your Toggle Administrator decides if it should be assigned to you. The AT&T Mobile Security (AMS) client is an Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware (AV/AM) application. The AMS client will scan your entire device (both the personal side and the AT&T Toggle workspace, but not encrypted data) periodically for viruses, malware and suspicious applications. To manually initiate a scan, click on the AT&T Mobile Security app icon on the personal side of the device. The Scan Now screen will display the total number of threats detected (viruses, malware, or suspicious applications). Tap Scan Now to see the 2 scanning options: Quick Scan Full Scan Figure 26 Select an option to initiate the scan. If you select Full Scan a pop-up message warns you that increased battery usage may occur. During the scan you can see the number of files being scanned and the current status. After the scan has completed, if no threats are detected, the Scan Results Green Check screen appears. If you install an application that AMS detects as a threat, you will get a security alert in the notification area of your device. A pop-up message lists the application that was identified as a threat and offers you options to uninstall it or to get more info. Figure 27 If you uninstall the virus/malware/suspicious application, AMS will provide an updated status showing No Alerts." Note: Your Toggle Administrator may be notified if an AMS alert occurs on your device. If you decide not to uninstall the detected virus/malware/suspicious application, your Toggle Administrator may take security actions against your device. These security actions may include disabling Toggle or wiping Toggle from your device. Figure 28 Page 9

In the Scan Now screen click on the device s Menu button, select Settings, select Scan Settings, and then select Automatic Full Device Scan. 4: VPN Your Toggle Administrator may have allowed you to use corporate VPN for your AT&T Toggle workspace.
