Setting up Mobility Management Platform Click the Set password, click here link in the Welcome to Mobility Management Platform from AT&T email. Enter and confirm new password. Requires number, letter, special character and capital letter combination. Click OK. Sign in with your user name and new password. You have completed the MMP administrative login process. Setting up AT&T Work Domestic Data Plan To manage by device, groups, and international data, go to Devices tab, Manage AT&T Work Data Allowances. Select the Actions button and click Set Allowance(s). To manage all or in groups, select the check box to the right of each user. Select Actions button and Set Allowance(s). Depending on your enterprise setup, you may have one or more of the following domestic options: Rate Plan, Bolt-On, or Pooled plans. Select a plan type, select the Allowance Amount, and click Save. Establishing New Device Default Plans (Optional) Navigate to the Admin tab, select AT&T Work Data Settings. Scroll down and click the Automation arrow. Select the data plans and an applicable data amount for up to three devices. Click Save. This default automation will assign the specified allowances to all new registered devices.
Assigning AT&T Work International Data Roaming Plan Inform your users that they are responsible to pay international charges if they roam or exceed the AT&T Work International Bolt-on Allowance. Navigate to the Devices tab, select Manage AT&T Work Data Allowances. Click on the Actions button on the applicable end user and select Set Allowance(s). Select either the Rate Plan or Bolt-On plan type and select the Allowance Amount. Click the check box confirming you informed the user of potential charges and click Save. Please note that some user EMM providers may block roaming. Please login to your EMM console to unblock roaming or contact your EMM provider.
Setting up Enterprise Sites Create Enterprise Sites to assign local area codes to your users. Navigate to the Admin tab, select AT&T Work Voice Settings, and click the Site Billing Status tab. Click Add Site. Enter the unique, USPSvalidated Site information and click Save. Wait for validation and Confirm your address. For multi-site Enterprises, repeat the process for all locations.
Assigning AT&T Work Voice Prerequisite: If a user EMM is being utilized, it must be downloaded, installed and activated before requesting an AT&T Work Voice user business number. Navigate to the Users tab, select User Directory. Click on the Actions button on the applicable user and select Add AT&T Work Voice Service. 5. Click Add New, then select an Enterprise site. See Setting up Enterprise Sites if you don t see the site location you need. Click Confirm. The user now has an AT&T Work Voice business number assigned. The user can download and install the AT&T Work Voice application and will receive an email with setup instructions to activate the AT&T Work business number.
