8 Release Notes Known Issues The table in this section lists known issues in this release. Key SPBW-216 SPBW-276 SPBW-288 SPBW-326 SPBW-327 Summary/Workaround Summary If the process that contains the SharePoint Notification Listener activity is not running, events triggered from the Microsoft SharePoint server cannot be received by the SharePoint plug-in. Workaround None. Summary If the web name, list name, and content type name defined in Microsoft SharePoint contains special characters, such as *,?, #, and so on, or the length of these names exceeds 200 characters, an error occurs when using the SharePoint Get Metadata tool to get metadata. Workaround None. Summary When using the SharePoint Add ListItem activity to add a large number of list items to a Microsoft SharePoint list and using the SharePoint Notification Listener activity to listen to the add operations, results in loss of notifications. Workaround This problem occurs during heavy loads. Tuning of the polling interval may be necessary to remove this problem. Summary For content types, which support attaching a file and linking it to a specific instance of the list item from the Microsoft SharePoint portal interface, for example, Announcements, Task, Team Discussion and so on, no corresponding input field is displayed in the SharePoint Add ListItem activity Input tab that supports this functionality. Workaround None. Summary When using the SharePoint Notification Listener activity in Refresh Data mode, if an error occurs in one of the subsequent activities that retrieve data from an external system, the custom list is not populated. Workaround None.
