About aworkbook Products Resources Presentation Assortment aworkbook has up to five different sections: Products, Resources, Presentation, Assortment and Order. Some of these sections may not appear in your catalogue. Click on the top tabs to move between the sections. Order

Catalogues & sessions Welcome to aworkbook When you first download and open the app, you will be asked to enter your email address to register with ahub, our catalogue distribution system. You will be taken to a website to complete registration, and will be sent a verification code to confirm your email address. After you register for the first time, you will be automatically logged in to your account and will see the catalogue selection screen. Your account Click the profile icon () to see your account details. You can edit your details (), view and edit the groups you belong to () and logout of ahub (). Click the catalogues icon () to return to the Catalogue selection screen. Editing your details You can change your name, email or password, and request email alerts from aworkbook ()

Catalogues & sessions The catalogue screen Searching Catalogues You can search on some or all the catalogue titles to filter your aworkbook catalogues. For example, SS9 will show all catalogues with SS9 in their title. Brand A SS9 will show the specific catalogue. Click x to clear the filter and see all available catalogues (). You can hide catalogues that have not been downloaded (). You can download, open, update and delete multiple catalogues from the catalogue selection screen. There are two ways to get your catalogues. Catalogues available for you: Following registration with ahub, you may see one or more catalogues ready to download. Click on the download now bar (). Once the download is complete, click on the cover to open the catalogue. Add a reference: First check that you are logged into ahub. If you are logged in, you will see a green profile icon (). If you are not logged in, click on the profile icon and enter your email address. When login is complete, type the reference you have been given into the box then click the arrow (). Confirm that you would like to download the catalogue (). Once the download is complete, click on the cover to open the catalogue. Catalogue selection screen icons. Catalogue Locked. Please log in. Your ahub session has expired. Click on the Red profile icon () and enter your email address to renew your session for the next 0 days. Catalogue unavailable. This can be for several reasons. Your version of catalogue has been withdrawn; All versions of this catalogue have been withdrawn; The catalogue has been withdrawn. Username and/or password not correct. Catalogue locked. Unable to check if updates are available. Connected to the internet? Click on the three dots () for to check for updates, change version, re-download or delete your catalogue (). The screen will show the version number, status and date of the catalogue (). A green tick () indicates you have the latest version of the catalogue. A red tick indicates that you are not viewing the latest version of the catalogue. A grey tick indicates you have access to a preview version. Reference details incorrect Content is being processed

Catalogues & sessions Updating your catalogues aworkbook checks for updates whenever you are connected to the internet. Press the blue bar to download an update (). You can open the catalogue without downloading the update. The number of updates available is shown (). If you are using a catalogue and an update is available, the blue update button () appears. Close the catalogue to update it. aworkbook sessions aworkbook automatically saves any products you add to an assortment, or any quantities you add to an order. You can rename and edit an assortment or an order. To begin a new assortment or order, start a new session (). When you return to aworkbook, the actions from your last session will still be active. You can continue or start a new session.

Products Finding products You can find products by scrolling through the navigation () or searching all the product information (). Use the wildcard * to find close matches. For example, Wool* will show results for Wool, Woolly, and Woollen.. To search for an exact phrase, use quotation marks, for example zipped pockets. Click on a product image to see more information (). The navigation trail will show you where you are (). Click a word on the trail to jump back to that section. Use the back () and home () button to navigate also. Product information 7 This scrolling screen displays all information about a product. Click on the images to change your view (). Some images can be rotated on screen () Swap to an alternative product by clicking on the image (). On the left, you can see all products within the same category, eg Jackets (). The product you are viewing will be highlighted (). From this screen you can add order quantities to products () or add drops to your order (7).

Products Some screens may show related products. Add these products to your assortment using the star () or add quantities to an order (). Click on an image to go to the product screen. On the left, aworkbook keeps the current navigation (). You can add notes to a style (). Product notes stay in your catalogue until you delete them. Assortment notes are saved with an assortment and are included in the Assortment Excel file. When you start a new session, the assortment note is hidden. If you run a saved assortment, the assortment note will reappear. Adding products to your assortment Products can be added to an assortment from the menu or from the product screen using the star mode. From the menu Activate the star mode () to add products to an assortment. When the star mode is on, select the products by clicking the star icon (). All variants of that product will be added to your assortment. Deactivate the star mode to click through to a product screen. Products can be added to an assortment individually from the product screen using the star (). If you have selected products from the menu, the stars will be active for all variants. You can also add products to an assortment using the star mode on the left (). 7

Assortments You can also add product to an assortment by entering the product codes as a list (). If product codes are entered incorrectly they will show in the right hand box as an error (). Product codes can also be copied out of this list if the information is required outside of aworkbook. Building an assortment 7 8 You can save, edit and share Assortments, and create PDF and Excel files. You can quickly find products and add to your assortment using the filters (). On the left, you can see all the products that can be added to your assortment (). On the right, you can see all the products in your current assortment (). To add a product to an assortment, activate star mode () and click the star (). The product will move to the right. To remove a product from an assortment, activate star mode () and click the star (). The product will move to the left. You can add all products shown on the left to your assortment (7) or remove all products from your assortment (8). 8

Assortments Filtering your assortment Use the filters to change the view of products on the left (). You can select more than one filter at a time, and you can clear all filters (). Activate the button () to match the products in your assortment to the active filters. Deactivate the button to show all products in your assortment. Products appear on the right as you add them to the assortment. Activate this button () to display products by product category. Check the balance of your assortment () or the proportion of products compared with what is available (). Use the drop-down menu to select a different view on the information. Saving assortments 7 Assortments are automatically saved during a session () and can be named by you (). Start a new assortment (), copy an existing assortment () or search for a saved assortment (). Use the wildcard * to find close matches when searching. Saved assortments can be displayed A-Z () or by date (7). Some catalogues may contain assortments that have been saved for you (8). These can be opened, edited and saved without changing the original assortment. 8 9

Assortments Merging assortments You can combine assortments that you have saved by choosing to merge them together. Simply click the merge button () Select the assortments you wish to merge (). When you have selected all the assortments to merge, click Done (). aworkbook will then create a New merged assortment () which can be amended, shared or output as required. Sharing assortments On a PC or Mac To share an assortment, click to select () and then activate share button (). Save to your computer. The saved.awa file can be sent as an email attachment to another user. To receive an assortment, first open the catalogue. Open the email and save the.awa file to your computer. Right click on the file.awa file and select Open with. Choose aworkbook from the menu that appears. On Tablets To share an assortment, click to select () and then tap the envelope icon () to create an email with the.awa file attached. To receive an assortment, first open the catalogue. Open the email with the.awa file and hold on the file icon. Select Open with and choose aworkbook from the menu that appears. Select an assortment and click () to delete it. You can share assortments across your computer and tablet or with different users of the same catalogue. 0

Select the file you would like (). Options are available to present your products in different ways (). Use the drop-down menus to make your choices (). Product Summary PDF. Options include a choice of standard, print quality or high resolution images. (). Product Information PDF. Show all product variants together () includes all variants of the same product together. Continuation () includes all product information in a PDF. Include/exclude table remove information in table format from PDF (7) Select up to three of the filters from the drop down menu (8) to group products for display in the PDF or Excel files. If no selection is made, products display in same order as navigation. Files created this session are displayed (9). All other saved files are accessible (0). Other PDF product information - single PDF product information - grouped PDF product summary Excel Sheet

Resources The Resources section has useful information to support your activities. The content will vary from catalogue to catalogue. Scroll through the menu () to select screens. Click () to hide menu and display resources full screen. Numbers show if there is more than one screen (). Use the arrows to move back and forward. Some screens may have products linked to them. Click () to display or hide products. You can link to a resource from a product screen () and you can add products to your assortment from the resource screen by activating the star mode ().

Presentations Viewing presentations The Presentations section is optional, so may not be included in your catalogue. Presentations are accessed from the tab on the main navigation bar (). On the left is a list of template presentations (). Click on a presentation () to display the presentation content on the right () Template presentations can be viewed full screen and then closed (). Move through the presentation using the arrows (). Editing presentations 7 8 9 The template presentation has content divided into chapters (). You can select which chapter you want to begin the presentation by selecting the chapter number (). You can hide content that you do not want to display by clicking on the eye (). Click again to include the content. If you would like to hide all slides and start with an empty presentation click the hide all icon in the top right () then click the eye on each chapter to include. Each chapter shows the number of screens within it () and may include a description (). Once a template presentation is edited, you can save and rename it (7). Saved presentations can be displayed A-Z (8) or by date (9).

Presentations Products in a Presentation Template presentations can contain product screens as well as resource content. These screens scroll so that all information is displayed (). Products can be added to an assortment using the star (). Active links to the Resources section () are disabled in the Presentation section. Chapters that contain products can be edited using filters (). Applying the filters allows you to refine the products that are displayed in the presentation. You can apply this filter to just one specific chapter, or to the whole presentation by selecting the filter all chapters icon (). Filters can be reset with one click (). At the end of the presentation you can go to the assortment exports screen by pressing the Review your assortment button () or you can exit the presentation ().

Ordering Adding quantities The Order section is optional, so may not be included in your catalogue. Adding quantities to a product will automatically include it in an order. From a product screen You can add quantities to the order from the product screen () or the order grid (). If there is more than one variant of the product, the order grid will display. For products without variations, quantities can be added from the product screen (). 0 7 9 8 Click in a quantity box () and the number pad () appears on the left. Add quantities. Quantities can be adjusted up or down (). Move across the order grid (). You can clear a quantity () Click on an image to select a row () or a value to select a column (7). Click Done (8) to move to next product in your assortment. Click (9) to display pricing on order grid. When all quantities are entered, move to the Order section (0)

Ordering From an Assortment Products in an assortment can be added to an order (). All of the products in your assortment appear on the left (). The order grid for the first product in your assortment is displayed (). The view is filtered to show product variants in your assortment. You can show all products in an assortment (). Order quantity per product appears on the left (). When all quantities are entered, move to the Order section ().

Ordering Optional order feature: Zero quantity orders Zero quantity orders is optional, so may not be included in your catalogue. This optional feature allows products to be ordered without quantities being allocated. Typically this is used where the order volumes are established later in order processing. The Zero Quantity Ordering is applied on a per catalogue basis and if enabled provides a Tick option alongside the numerical keypad () used for entering product order quantities. Ticked products are identified by the tick symbol () which appears wherever the quantity would normally be expected in the software. When outputting an order (e.g. Excel or submission online) a 0 quantity is used. Ticks and actual quantities can be used together. Totals that include both will always show the total quantity. Enabling zero quantity ordering provides additional options when using the assortment Add to Order button (). Clicking this button with the feature enabled will provide the means to automatically tick all product options and then proceed to the product order grid to revise with quantities, or go directly to the order section to complete the order. This allows for very quick transition from assortment to order. Adding ticks in this way will not overwrite or remove any existing quantities. 7

Ordering Optional order feature: drops The drops feature is optional, so may not be included in your catalogue. You can split an order across several delivery dates using drops. Select a date () and add notes ().The notes appear in the PDF and Excel files. You can add more than one drop () and view a summary of all drops (). When all quantities are entered, move to the Order section (). Optional order feature: stock position The stock position is optional, so may not be included in your catalogue. The order grid will display the stock position for each product variant. The stock value () can be numeric, text, or colour coded. If products are out of stock, an icon appears (). The screen shows when stock was last checked (). Click to re-check stock (). If there is no internet connection, the last known stock position is shown. When all quantities are entered, move to the Order section (). Some catalogues may remove products automatically if stock is not available. 8

Ordering Order section 0 7 8 9 In this section you can save, copy and adjust your order. You can create files and review the total order. Clicking Order displays the order summary. On the left, there is an overview of the order (). Click the arrows () to see more information. You can see the order as quantities () or as values () or to apply a discount (). Products appear on the right (). You can see the quantity for each product (7). Products that are out of stock are shown (8). The screen shows when stock was last checked Click to recheck stock (9). Products can be removed from the order (0) Drops can be reviewed & the order value per drop displayed (). 9

Ordering Order discounts Where discounts have been enabled, you can apply discounts at multiple category levels, including individual product level (). Simply choose the category to which you want to apply discount and enter in the discount percentage you wish to apply. Discounts applied at category level will automatically populate all the products contained in that category. You can overwrite a discount for an individual product that already has a discount applied (). For any items displaying in multiple categories with conflicting discounts, the highest level of discount will be applied to that product (). 0

Ordering Order saves 7 Orders are automatically saved during a session () and can be named by you (). Start a new order (), copy an existing order () or search for a saved order (). Use the wildcard * to find close matches when searching. Saved orders can be displayed A-Z () or by date (7). Some catalogues may hide products automatically if no stock is available. If a product has been removed from aworkbook, it will no longer be included in a saved order. Choose Read only to view the saved order with the remaining products, with the ability to re-instate the missing product if it becomes available again. A read only order cannot be edited or processed. Copy and edit the order to substitute a replacement product. Open the saved order to permanently delete products that are no longer available. Merging orders You can combine orders that you have saved by choosing to merge them together. Simply click the merge button () Select the orders you wish to merge (). When you have selected all the orders to merge, click Done (). aworkbook will then create a New merged order () which can be amended, shared or output as required.

Ordering Order information and creating orders 7 Add customer information to your order (). The created by and customer name () must be added before you can continue with the order. Information that is added on the right () appears in the order files. Create order options (). There are three different order options (). You can create a PDF or an Excel file or send and order online (this is optional and may not be included in your catalogue). Make your selection and create file. This will display the discounted WHS value if discounts have been applied (). Files created this session are displayed (7). Excel output If discounts have been applied at category level, the Order Excel will now split out into tabbed sheets, showing each category and the discounts on a separate tab. Both the RRP and WHS pricing will appear on the order Excel, with individual and total values showing for both prices, along with the discounts applied. Saved files and setting pricing Click () for see all saved files on the left. Search for a saved file (). Use the wildcard * to find close matches when searching. Saved files can be displayed A-Z () or by date (). Click () and the pricing options appear on the right. Click to select a price sheet (). Some price sheets may have an option to apply a discount (7). This discount will apply to all products in your order. To delete a file, click (8) and then select the file. 8 7
