Overview + Navigation // Business ebanking Mobile BeB Mobile Banking is a comprehensive banking solution that encompasses two modes of Mobile Banking: Mobile Web and downloadable application. Mobile Web - allows a user to access their bank accounts via a compatible browser on a mobile device Mobile App - allows the user to access their bank accounts via an application that is downloaded to the mobile device (smart phone or tablet). Note: Users must be enrolled in Business ebanking (online banking) with an existing username and password to enroll in mobile banking. BeB Mobile Banking Features BeB Mobile App BeB Mobile Web View account balances ü ü View recent account activity ü ü Internal account transfers ü ü Pay Bills to existing payees ü ü Deposit Checks ü Note: Because both Mobile Web and Mobile App modes require users to provide login credentials in order to see their account information both modes are subject to a time-out period. After five minutes of inactivity the user is automatically logged out of mobile banking for security purposes. This will happen regardless of whether the mobile browser or mobile banking application is the current app in focus. Navigation 1. This is the Tab Bar. It provides users with access to all the features and functions of the mobile banking application.
2. Below you can see how the Tab Bar can appear differently on different devices. The example on the left shows the Tab Bar on and the example on the right shows the Tab Bar on ios. Within the Tab Bar users will see the following options: Accounts: Balances, Recent Transactions, and Account Summary. Recent: Recent transaction history in money movement features such as Bill Pay and Check Deposit. Note: The Recent Bill Payments and Check Deposits screens will show up to 30 days of history. Users can scroll through the payments if there are more items than will fit on a screen. Task Menu (Plus sign): Allows access to features of Mobile Banking such as Bill Pay, Transfers, and Check Deposit. Locations: Find Bank Branches or ATMs. More: Gives access to help content and an About screen. Note: On an device, 4 of the 5 Tab Bar elements appear at the top of the screen. However, the Task menu is located at the bottom of the screen. 3. Users select the Sign Off Button to log off the mobile banking application.
4. The Recent Menu located in the Tab Bar will give users access to recent money movement history via the mobile banking application. 5. After selecting Recent the user is presented with options to see Bill Payment and Check Deposit history. 6. After choosing either option, the user is presented with the respective history for the selected feature.
7. The More Menu located in the Tab Bar will give users access to quick access options, help content, and information about the mobile app via the mobile banking application. 8. After selecting More the user is presented with the following options. Help: Institution contact information and mobile banking help options. About: Version information about the mobile banking application. Selecting any option will present the user with the respective information. 9. The task menu (Indicated by the Plus symbol) provides users access to money movement features of the mobile banking interface such as Transfers, Bill Pay, and Check Deposits. 10. After selecting the task menu, a screen slides up showing the additional feature icons. Transfer: Move money between internal accounts. Pay Bill: Pay bills to existing payees Deposit: Deposit a check via the mobile device The user can simply select whichever feature of the mobile application they wish to access. The plus symbol itself changes to an X which will close the task menu when selected.
11. The Account Dashboard page will display all available accounts in BeB Mobile Banking. Navigation through the Account Dashboard can begin. Scroll down the page to see all available accounts. Select an account to view balance and recent activity by selecting the right arrow.
