Welcome to ZEEQ This guide will explain the functions of your new ZEEQ. A complete tutorial can be found in the ZEEQ app. Get the ZEEQ app at REM-Fit.com/apps The ZEEQ app will walk you through setup of your new ZEEQ. Please continue setup in the ZEEQ app. 2

ZEEQ Lights Battery Status: ZEEQ will blink white when powered on to indicate it s battery status 0% - 25% 25% - 50% 50% - 75% 75% - 100% Access Denied: ZEEQ will blink red and white repeatedly if you attempt to enter sleep mode while charging Charging ZEEQ while sleeping is NOT supported 6

ZEEQ Lights Charging Status: or ZEEQ will blink red while charging. ZEEQ will be solid white when fully charged. Low Battery: When ZEEQ is low on power, it will blink red three times every few minutes. Please charge ZEEQ when you see this. 7

ZEEQ Music Speaker Mode: To enable speaker mode press the power button three times in two seconds. LED 2 will turn blue for a moment. *The ZEEQ app will automatically turn the speakers on/off in sleep mode. Speaker Status: To see if the ZEEQ speakers are on, you can press and hold the and buttons at the same time for 2 seconds. If the speakers are on, LED 2 will blink blue for a moment. *Speaker mode can be enabled for 2 hours at a time. 8

5-Click Sleep You can use the ZEEQ Remote to start and stop sleep. You must first configure 5-Click in the ZEEQ app. 1. Enable 5-Click in the ZEEQ app. 2. Set your default alarm and setting in the ZEEQ app. 3. Save your settings. *This must be done near your ZEEQ To start and stop sleep from your remote simply press the button on the remote 5 times. The light on the remote will go from green to blue when entering sleep mode. When waking up, the light will return to green. 9

ZEEQ Auto Sleep When Auto Sleep is enabled, ZEEQ can automatically enter sleep mode when it detects you have come to bed. 1. Enable Auto Sleep in the ZEEQ app. 2. Set a Start Time. This is the time ZEEQ will begin Auto Sleep detection. 3. Set the Auto Sleep duration window. This is how long after the Start Time ZEEQ will detect Auto Sleep. 4. Set the sensitivity. The higher sensitivity you set, the faster ZEEQ will enter Auto Sleep. 5. Set your alarm and wake settings. 6. Save your settings in the ZEEQ app. *This must be done near your ZEEQ To start and stop sleep from your remote, simply press the button on the remote 5 times. The light on the remote will go from green to blue when entering sleep mode. When waking up, the light will return to green. 10

FAQ s Music is coming from my phone and not from ZEEQ. Check that ZEEQ is connected to Bluetooth on your phone. In the Bluetooth settings on your phone, look for REM-Audio. If it is not connected, follow the instructions in the ZEEQ app to connect. Make sure no other Bluetooth speakers or headsets are connected to your phone while using ZEEQ. Can I use ZEEQ as a speaker without going to sleep? Yes, you can use the ZEEQ app to turn the ZEEQ speakers on, set a timer and select music to listen to. You can put ZEEQ into speaker mode and listen to any audio from your phone. Press the power button on ZEEQ 3 times quickly. In a moment the second LED will begin to blink blue. Once it is connected you your phone it will turn solid then fade away. You can now listen to any audio from your phone and it will play through ZEEQ speakers. ZEEQ is not vibrating when I snore. The Snore Alarm button should be enabled in the ZEEQ app (on the home screen) before you begin sleeping to react to snoring. Check the Snore Alarm settings in the ZEEQ app. You may need to adjust the Snore sensitivity in the app. How do I check the battery status of ZEEQ? You can see the current battery status in the ZEEQ app. Simply click the settings icon (the three stacked lines on the top left of the ZEEQ app) and you will see a battery icon at the top. You can also check the battery status every time you power up your ZEEQ. See page 6 of the manual for more details. Can I use ZEEQ while charging? No, ZEEQ can not & will not function while charging. Additionally, you should always have at least 25% charge before starting a sleep session. 11

Care & Maintenance CAUTION! RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS ALTERED OR REPLACED. THE ZEEQ BATTERY IS NOT USER REPLACEABLE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO LOCAL LAWS. Do not excessively bend this product. The product has built-in sensors and excessive bending may cause damage to those sensors. You CANNOT use the product during recharging. Do not allow the product to come into contact with water as it may cause damage to the inside of the product. ZEEQ includes a removable and washable pillow cover. DO NOT wash the ZEEQ pillow or the internal components. When the power adapter is inserted into a power outlet, do not touch the metal end of the power adapter. Please ensure that ZEEQ is not close to any source of excessive vibration or noise to ensure that the sensors can accurately detect and monitor the users sleep. Vibrations and noise caused by electric fans, washing machines or loud music etc. can lead to inaccuracies in the product monitoring. Do not use ZEEQ in an environment with extreme high or low temperatures. Avoid exposing ZEEQ to direct sunlight or high humidity. The acceptable temperature for this product and accessories is between 50 F - 100 F. ZEEQ Speaker Mode is limited to 2 hours per session to preserve battery life. Take care to listen to music at an appropriate volume. Note: Please charge the battery at least once a month to prolong battery life and maintain ZEEQ 13

For users with medical illnesses or diseases, measures should be taken to regularly and personally monitor your health situation by a licensed professional. Please be aware that this product must not be used for persons who are fitted with a heart pacemaker. This product is not designed for monitoring the sleep quality of people under the age of eighteen. ZEEQ may contain small parts. Use caution when adjusting the filling of ZEEQ. Do not use or sleep on ZEEQ while charging. Do not leave ZEEQ unattended while charging. The ZEEQ battery is not user serviceable. Do not attempt to access it. If ZEEQ is damaged, discontinue use immediately. Only use approved chargers and cables when charging ZEEQ. 14
