To use this module, you must have installed first Magento2 Marketplace Module. Features Of Buyer Seller Communication Marketplace Add-on All Asked Query list showing in seller s account. Enable/disable reply mail notification to admin by admin panel. Admin can delete asked query/conversation history between seller and buyer. Seller can send reply message regarding query to the buyer and vice versa. The seller can search the conversation by Buyer s email id. Seller and buyer get mail for each reply message. Buyer can also ask the question to the seller using seller profile page. Buyer can search the conversation by Product name. Installation Of Buyer Seller Communication Marketplace Add-on Installation of the module is very simple. You need to move the app and skin folder into Magento root directory. If you have downloaded the module from Magento Connect then unzip the respective extension zip and create Webkul(vendor) then MpSellerBuyerCommunication(module) name folder inside your magento root directory as app/code/webkul/mpsellerbuyercommunication and then move all module s files inside /app/code/webkul/mpsellerbuyercommunication/ folder in magento root directory. 1/9
After the upload, you can see the folders in your Magento2 Root Directory. After the successful installation you have to run the command on Magento2 root directory- php bin/magento setup:upgrade Also, run this commands in the Magento2 Root- php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy You can refer the below screenshot. Configuration For Multi-lingual Support For the multilingual support, the admin will navigate through Store->Configuration->General ->Locale Options and select the locale as German (the language into which admin want to translate his store content). 3/9
Buyer Seller Communication Marketplace Add-on Translation If a user wants to translate their module from English to German then they need to follow the path app/code/webkul/mpsellerbuyercommunication/i18n in their unzipped Magento2 MpSellerBuyerCommunication folder and will get a csv file with name en_us.csv. Now they will rename that csv as de_de.csv and translate all right side content after comma in German language. After editing the CSV, save it and then upload it to the path app/code/webkul/mpsellerbuyercommunication/i18n where they have installed Magento2 on the server. The module will get translated into German Language. It supports both RTL and LTR languages. 4/9
The user can edit the CSV like the image below. How To Use Buyer Seller Communication Marketplace Add-on After Installing Marketplace Buyer Seller Communication For Magento2, you will find a contact us link at product page. Here customer can ask query to the seller (Refer the snapshot). 5/9
Once buyer clicks on Contact Us then a pop up will open with contact seller form. When the customer asks any query, then he will get an e-mail and a notification mail will be sent to the admin. (if enable from admin panel). Buyer can also ask the question to the seller using seller profile page as shown in the below screenshot. Seller Communication History From Marketplace account, the seller can see queries that are asked by customers regarding their products and seller can also search the conversation using buyer s email id. 6/9
Seller can see conversation history for particular query placed by the customer from his marketplace account. From here seller can reply to buyer s query. Buyer Seller Communication Buyer can see their query list under My Account >Seller Communication History. Buyer can also search the conversation using Product name. 7/9
After click on View, buyer can see conversation history from their account and from here buyer can reply to the seller. Admin Configuration And Management You can enable/disable message notification to admin under Store>configuration>seller Buyer communication. 8/9
Admin can find a query grid under Marketplace Management>Seller Buyer Communication Query List. Here admin can view/delete the buyer s query. Admin can see all conversation for particular query grid from this path. Marketplace Management > Seller Buyer Communication Query List>Delete. Here admin can delete conversation history.
