CESP provides 4 ways to upload via 3 Web Transfer Clients or via a local sftp client. WEB Transfer Clients 1. Integraged Upload (HTML5): Select Integrated Upload for Auto Login to HTML5 Client. (Modern Browser required) 2. JAVA: Select Java Upload to login to the Java Client (tick box required) 3. PlainText: Our basic web client for use in organisations where HTML 5 & Java cause issues. (A login option for this client will only appear if errors are detected by the system Use Alternate ) 4. Locally Installed Sftp Client such as Filezilla, CuteFTP or WinSCP. Uploading a Submission

1. Integrated Upload 2. Name your folder This folder name is only used here 1. Click the File Menu followed by New Folder from the top tool bar 3. Your empty new folder is now available on the remote server. Double click the folder to open it.
1. Integrated Upload Browse & Upload 4. Standard Method. Browse to your Zip file on your local drive and double click the file to begin the upload process. Once the zip file is uploaded 100% repeat the upload process and upload your delivery file.
Drag & Drop 1. Integrated Upload 4. Alternative Method. Drag your Zip file from your local drive onto the remote server and drop it. Once the zip file is uploaded 100% repeat the process and upload your delivery file.

DO NOT LOG OUT OF THE FTP WINDOW WHILE A TRANSFER IS IN PROGRESS.

NOTE: Important Note It can take some time before a submission is processed by the system. Do not delete any file/directory from your user account. The system will remove all files/folders associated with a submission once it has been processed. You will receive an email once your submission has been received by CESP.
