Supplier Information Search This simple search page allows the user to enter keywords to find information on publishers and suppliers that work with Ingram. Saved Searches This time-saving option is a great way to organize searches a user might perform on a regular basis. For instance, a user may want to see all Easy Readers available from Ingram in a hardcover format. Once performing the search, the user can just click on save search at the top of the result set, and ipage prompts him/her to name the search for easy access a later date: Saved searches are automatically purged from the user's account 13 months after the last access date.

Purchase Orders One of the most important functions on ipage for publishers is the ability to review, edit, acknowledge, and download an Ingram purchase order. Purchase Order Notification When you subscribe to ipage, you see a field on your subscription form where you designate the name and email address of the individual in your organization who should receive and manage purchase orders. For convenience, Ingram sends a notification email to that Purchase Order Administrator when a new order is posted to the site. However, you never have to wait for that notification email in order to review open orders from Ingram. Reviewing & Acknowledging a Purchase Order You can review and acknowledge a purchase order quickly and easily on ipage. Follow these simple steps: 1. Go to the Purchase Order tab. The page that displays shows you a table of all purchase orders grouped under headings for the week submitted. You also have links to the same PO s organized by product code (Summary by Product Code) 2. Click a purchase order number. This will take you to a page where you can review and update your purchase order by quantity, discount %, and Unit Price. You can also assign a Purchase Order Acknowledgement (POA) codes and Anticipated Ship Date. 3. If you have changes, enter the new information in the appropriate fields. Assign a POA code from the dropdown box. A list of the POA codes can be found on this page. 4. Enter an Anticipated Ship Date and Acknowledge the PO. a. Depending on the length of the PO from Ingram, you may need to go to additional pages to work the full PO. 5. Once successfully submitted, you will see a confirmation message on screen. Helpful Hints Use these helpful hints to make working with purchase orders simple and convenient: Clicking the product code number beside each line item on your purchase order takes you to the Product Detail Page for that product. Above and below each purchase order is a link to a Print Version. You find important shipping information that is specific to each order listed on the bottom of the purchase order page. The Purchase Order Acknowledgement Codes (POA Codes) are listed at the bottom of your purchase order so that you can quickly reference them in your POA.

Reports Through ipage, you have the option to subscribe and have access to publisher specific and comparative reports from the Reports tab. In this section, you can view or download a wide variety of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. If you are your organizations ipage administrator, you can subscribe to reports online. Go to the Reports tab and click the link to Subscribe to ipage Subscriber Reports. Follow the on-screen directions. If you have questions, please email supplierreports@ingramcontent.com. Key Reports Once you click the Reports tab, the first link you see on the left is Key Reports. This section houses a wide variety of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that you can view or download. Some of the reports in this section are free to all ipage subscribers and others require a subscription. You will automatically see the reports that you have access to. If a report is viewable in PDF format, you will see an icon in the View column. Simply click that icon to view the report using Adobe Acrobat. If a report is downloadable, you will see a link in the Download column. Click that link to save the report to your files. Then open the report using Excel or a spreadsheet program of your choice. You may have to format a few columns, but you will then be able to sort your report and customize it to fit your needs. Supplier Sales History The second link you see on the main Reports tab is titled Supplier Sales History. This report is available by subscription only and will be an active link if you have access to it. The Supplier Sales History allows publishers to select a month and download (by Ingram customer type and three-digit zip code) sales and return information for your titles at the product code level. Title Sell-Through The third link you see on the main Reports tab is Title Sell-Through. This report is available to all ipage subscribers. Title Sell-Through allows publishers to enter a publication date and product type, or a list product codes, and return the first eight weeks of sales and sell through percentage. Title Tracking Report If you subscribe to Ingram's Title Tracking Report, you can set up a list of titles that you can then request be tracked. The first step to submitting a request for tracking of titles is to tell us which titles you want information about. 1. You do that by setting the titles up in what ipage calls a Selection List. To create a new list from the ipage Home Page, click Lists at the top of any page. To create a new list from the Reports tab, click Title Tracking. On the page that appears, click the link to Selection Lists in the descriptive paragraph. To create a new list from a Product Detail, Selection Lists, or a Search Results List page, click Lists near the top of the page. Click Add under the Selection List Options section of ipage.

2. Once you open the Create New List page, you type the name of the list in the Name box select the type of list you want in the Type box: private list, public list, or shared list. 3. Attach the products you want tracked by either entering product codes in the box or by uploading a file that contains the desired EANs. 4. Save / Create the list Title Tracking takes you to the Title Tracking page under the Reports tab. A list of your available selection lists displays, along with options to Edit List or Run Report for each list. Edit List returns to you the Selection List section to make changes to the lists. Run Report displays the Title Tracking Information for the items in the Selection List you selected. Each title has Title Tracking Report information that includes the product code, title name, on-hand quantities for Ingram's distribution centers and a total on hand, on order quantity, backorder quantity, sales by month-to-date (MTD) and year-to-date (YTD), current demand and period 1, and initial eight weeks sales. You can sort the report by product code or title. A print version of the report is available by clicking the Print Version arrow and then clicking print on your browser.

My Account Use the My Account menu option to manage information about your account and your titles. Add Users to your Account The Administrator for the account can add a new user by: 1. Click My Account from the toolbar. 2. Click User Administration. 3. You'll see the list of users set up on your ipage account. Input a new UserID (make up a name or use a variation of the person's name) in the blank field and click Add New User button. Note: If ipage already has a user with the name you have entered (even if it belongs to another account), it will not accept the suggested UserID. You will need to create a different UserID for that user. 4. The next screen is User Details. Here you create the profile for your users. Type in the user's first and last names, phone number, and email address. The email address is critical, as the new ipage UserID and password will be emailed to that address. 5. On the same page, you decide what kind of information the user can see and what kind of activities he or she can do on ipage. We call this 'assigning access rights.' To see the description for each role, click the role name. A box with the description will appear. Simply close the box to return to the previous screen. If you would like to view the descriptions for all the roles at once, click the View All Role Descriptions link. 6. After you have determined what rights the user has on ipage, click the check box next to which of your organization's accounts that person can see on ipage. It's possible you'll only have one account, or you may have set up several from which to choose. This allows you to give ipage access to a variety of different people in your organization and still control what information they can access. Note: ipage shows you all the separate accounts tied to your ipage account. You select which accounts the user can access. 7. If you give a user the Accounts Payable or Account Management role, that user needs to have access to all accounts. ipage automatically selects all accounts when you select these roles. 8. Click the Add user button near the bottom of the screen.

Company Contacts & Information Use this area to update your mailing and contact information. Easy Clicks appear at the top of the page so you can jump quickly to the address that you need to review or edit. Edit information for the following address types: Advertising Ipage Payables Publisher Headquarters & Correspondence Publisher Returns Purchase Order Title Management Fee Changes are processed in approximately 3-5 business days.
