CyCp tracks Security Prfessinal (SP) mvement thrugh GPS, RFID, and QR Cdes bth utside and inside mnitring their activities thrugh an alert system. If an SPs mvement is nt what is expected, CyCp will remind the emplyee first f the exceptin (i.e. missing checkpint) and give them time t fix the prblem. If they d nt, the alerts will then be escalated t supervisrs, manager, etc. Questin What des Incident, Facility Inspectins and Daily Activity Reprting mean? CyCp prvides a variety f reprting methds fr SPs in the field t dcument activities n their assigned lcatins. The cre reprting dcuments are Incident Reprts (IRs), Daily Activity Reprts (DARs), and Inspectin Reprts (smetimes referred t as custm checklists). Questin What exactly is Pst Orders and Online Training? Pst Orders are made available fr SPs assigned t the prperty and nline training is available t allw fr custm curse creatin fr ne r many custmers. CyCp FAQ Fr Internal Use Only Questin What is included with Visitr and Parking Management? Custm Access lists can be created fr each prperty listing authrized visitrs/vendrs/cntractrs/etc. fr viewing by frnt desk persnnel. Lists can be manipulated and cntrlled by individual access list managers n each prperty. Banned Visitrs can als be listed with Phts. Parking Citatins can be cllected and cmpared t an existing database f registered vehicles highlighting repeat ffenders and dcument administrative actins against that driver. Questin What is Incident Heat Mapping and Security Asset Allcatin Analysis? Incident data is cllected and available fr review and interpretatin using a variety f custm reprts including the use f maps displaying incident cncentratin ver time. These maps include the ability t add verlays that shw asset lcatins such as cameras r lights and allw fr a visual representatin f asset allcatin arund the prperty in relatin t incident activity. Questin Wh can use the CyCp system? Anyne designated by the custmer. Access levels can be adjusted accrding t psitin in the custmer s security prgram. Questin What reprts are typically generated frm within CyCp? Questin Hw are reprts delivered? CyCp FAQ Fr Internal Use Only Reprts (DARs, Inspectin Reprts/Checklists, Activity Details, Maps) are typically delivered daily via email t anyne designated in the mailing lists during setup. All reprts are sent generally in the mrning (althugh this can be adjusted at the site level) with the exceptin f the Incident Reprts which are sent at either submissin r review by a supervisr. Many custmers can be granted access directly int CyCp t review infrmatin at their cnvenience. Questin Can DARs/IRs/Checklists be created by Security Prfessinals ff line? Yes, many reprts can be mdified inside an envirnment where n data cnnectin exists including parking garages and warehuses. Incident reprts are the nly reprts requiring a live data cnnectin t cmplete. Questin Can I print these reprts (DARs/IRs/Checklists/Maps)? There are a variety f reprts available thrugh CyCp and mst ffer the availability t prduce a pdf file f the reprt that is available t print (DARs, IRs, Checklists/Inspectin Reprts/Activity Details). Many als ffer the ability t exprt infrmatin in ther frmats such as a spreadsheet (Activity Statistics). Mvement cverage dn t currently have a Print ptin frm the website but all emailed map cverage reprts are in an easily printed pdf reprt. Questin What happens t my reprt after it has been submitted? It is stred in the secure clud where designated persns can access it. Questin Can I uplad dcuments and pictures with my reprts? Currently, CyCp nly supprts uplad f image files. Custm reprting is planned t be implemented in the Secnd Quarter f 2014. Since the DARs and IRs are already very detailed, it is recmmended that custmers see the available fields within the DAR and Incident reprts prir t making a decisin if they need anything else. Inspectin Reprts are great as a supplement fr special case scenaris where a custm reprt may be necessary. Questin D I have t be n a mbile device t use it? N. Fr thse prperties where n runds are required and a still have a need t d reprts and sit at a desk, users can fill ut reprts right frm any internet capable cmputer. Questin Hw many reprts can I make? As many required. There is n limit. Questin Hw d I find reprts that have been submitted? Our system is built fr yu t be able t search fr reprts by site, categry, name, keywrd and date. Questin What kind f alerts are generated by CyCp? CyCp FAQ Fr Internal Use Only Alerts are transmitted either by email r text message t designated recipients. The alert cnditins include but aren t limited t: Missing Clck In Inactivity Gefence Vilatin Missed Checkpint Missed Break Offline Questin Will custmers have access t live map mnitring and mvement thrughut their prperty? Under 99% f the cases yes. At their request, we can prvide them with a lgin int the system where they can review their data and have access t live mvement mnitring. Fr prperties with multiple custmers under ne site as in sme large natinal accunts r patrl accunts, this isn t available. Questin What types f mbile phne platfrms is this available fr? Currently nly Blackberry and Andrid. Andrid is the preferred platfrm because it uses RFID tags. Questin Hw are emplyees tracked inside utside f GPS range. RFID tags and QR Cdes are bth available fr internal emplyee mvement tracking. Questin Hw many phnes shuld be cnsidered when rdering r putting tgether a Bid? Questin When d reprts get emailed? DARs, Maps, and checkpint hit reprts are transmitted daily in the mrning and this time can be adjusted t meet each site s needs. IRs are submitted after a Security Prfessinal submits the IR r it has been finalized. Questin Where d I get the equipment t run the sftware? Setup Phne rders are handled thrugh the Crprate ffice thrugh the crprate phne manager. Custmer equipment is typically used fr web based access hwever the Crprate IT department can help with thse rders. Reginal Subject Matter experts n CyCp can assist with the installatin. Questin What kind f printer is required fr the Visitr Management mdule? The mdule is designed t wrk with any printer. CyCp exists in such a rbust envirnment that it has better than 99.99% uptime with n data lss. Questin Hw secure is the CyCp system? The web and database servers g thrugh regular and timely maintenance t meet all f the current recmmended security guidelines f any web based system. There is a SSL prtal int the system and data is encrypted frm each cell nde frm the mbile devices t the servers. Questin Wh sees the reprts? Whever is designated t receive the reprts by the custmer.
