Registering on the Delaware Life Account Access Website New Users (Home/Back Office): In order to see a roll-up of your firm s policies, firms with a valid selling agreement(s) may request access to the Delaware Online Account Access Website for your firm s home/back office personnel. 1. Upon request by the firm, the Online Account Access Portal Request form will be sent to the firm s Point of Contact (POC). NOTE: There are no specific requirements for what Delaware Life considers a POC. The form can be requested by: Emailing salessupport@delawarelife.com or Calling Customer Service at 1-877-253-2323. 2. The POC at the home/back office completes all fields on the form. 3. Once you have completed the form, email it to DLIC-MAWF@SE2.com. The form can also be sent to your Relationship Manager who will then forward the form on your behalf. Once the form is completed and emailed, the POC will receive login instructions via the email provided on the form. 03

Registering on the Delaware Life Account Access Website To register on the Account Access Website: 1. Open the Delaware Life website at https://www.delawarelife.com/. 2. To access account information, click on the red ACCOUNT ACCESS link on the top right of the Delaware Life website main page. This will open the Welcome Page to the Account Access site. 3. The firm s Point of Contact must register for the Account Access Site. Click on the Click Here to Register link in the middle of the page. This will open the Create User Account page. 4. To Register for a User Account, fill in the fields on this page. NOTE: Required fields are indicated with an * 5. Once you have filled in the required fields, click on the Next button at the bottom of the page. You will now be directed to a screen to set up your account profile. 04

Registering on the Delaware Life Account Access Website (continued) 6. Enter the following fields as indicated. NOTE: Required fields are indicated with an * 7. Click on Next at the bottom of the screen to continue the registration process. If you need to change a field on the previous page, click on Back at the bottom of the screen. 8. On the next page, select the link that describes your role. 9. Enter the name of your Firm in the Broker/ Dealer field. 10. Once you have entered your Firm name, you can click on the Create Account button. A message will be displayed on the screen to confirm or not confirm 11. An email will be generated and sent to you, containing: User ID A one-time-use Temporary Password (see Note). POC can now log in, and is able to grant and/ or revoke rights to others in their back office. 05

Logging In to the Delaware Life Account Access Website Returning Users: Once you have registered, any subsequent visit requires that you enter your User ID and Password. Click on the Log In button. If you cannot remember your User ID or Password, click on Log In Help. Log In Help Clicking on Log In Help will take you to a screen where you are able to request your User ID or have a new temporary Password sent to you. 06

Updating Your Profile, Adding/Deleting Delegates or Changing Your Password To update your profile, add/delete delegates or change your password, click on your name found at the upper right-hand corner of each screen. This will open the User Profile page. Current delegates will be listed on the User Profile page. To revoke a current delegate, click on Revoke Selected. To add a new delegate, complete the required field and set a Secret PIN. Then click on Submit. NOTE: An email will be sent to the email address provided asking the person to enroll as a delegate. The PIN you have created (above) will NOT be included in the email. Therefore you will need to communicate with the potential delegate notifying them what the PIN is. The delegate will be required to provide the PIN in order to register successfully. To update your POC personal profile or password, fill in the fields that need to be changed and click on the Update Profile or Update Password button. 07

Book of Business The Book of Business section provides information regarding the contract. It is divided into sections including: Activity Assets by Product Contributing Purchases Surrenders Electronic Documents When you access the agent account, it will show you the complete Book of Business. Clicking on any of the account numbers will open the specific details of that contract. Click on Next at the bottom of the screen to see additional pages. Activity Tab The Activity page will show any activity on any account in the last 31 days. 08

Assets by Product Tab The Assets by Product page shows the asset value summary as of COB the previous day. Contributing Purchases Tab The Contributing Purchases page includes any additional monies that have been applied to the contract. To view additional transactions, click on the Next button at the lower right-hand of the page. Surrenders Tab The Surrenders page shows any withdrawals that have happened in the last 31 days. To view additional transactions, click on the Next button at the lower right-hand of the page. 09

Electronic Documents Tab The Electronic Documents page shows all documents that have been received electronically on all accounts. Clicking on the document name will open the document in a separate window. Pending New Business Under the Pending New Business tab, the Pending New Business screen will list any new business and the status of the application. 10

Forms The Forms section of the website allows you to access the most common forms required for transactions on the contract. Forms that are accessible on the website, include: Annuity Forms Life Insurance Forms Pinnacle MYGA SM Forms Annuity Forms Search If you know the specific name or form number, you can use the Forms Wizard to access a form by entering the specific name or form number in the search box at the top of the page and then click OK. If you do not know the specific name or form number, you can find the required form by: 1. Select the appropriate Transaction Type 2. Select the Product Type 3. Select the State 11

Reports The Reports section of the Website provides you with reports on client activity for the last 31 days. Included in this information is the following: Purchases Withdrawals Exchanges Dividends, and Transfers. 12

Product & Fund Information The Product & Fund Information section of the website provides you with additional information on your Variable Life and Annuity products. Included in this information is the following: Product Prospectuses Fund Performance Additional Information Annual Reports Accessing Product and Fund Information To access the product and fund performance information, click on the VIEW button to the right of your particular product. This will open a new window. Locate your product and click on the specific attachment you need. The attachment will open in a separate window. 13
