Reset your password by clicking on Forgot Password under Login. An email will be sent to your account with instructions on how to reset your password. What types of bookings are eligible to claim points? Reward Points are earnable for bookings of Full Group Tour Packages and Free & Easy Packages (Land tour + flight). Land tours, air tickets, cruises and Corporate trips (MICE) are not eligible to receive reward points. How long do I have to claim my points from a recent travel? You will need to claim your points within 3 months from the date of departure. Points will be forfeited if you do not claim them within this period. Once you have claimed your points, it will be tied to your account and will not have an expiry date. How much points am I entitled to per booking? You will receive 1 point per $50 spent on your invoice, rounded down. Who can claim the points? Points can only be claimed by the traveler who made the booking, unless written consent is provided. Is points splitting possible between travelers? Points can be split/transferred to other travelers, we will need written consent from all travelers. How long do I have to wait before the points are credited to my account? Our system administrator will review your points claim and credit the points within 3 5 working days. What if I have forgotten my booking number? Please call us at 6532 5313 or email us at support@dynastytravel.com.sg to retrieve your booking number. What is the validity of my rewards redemption? There is no limit on the validity, however, if the vouchers redeemed are no longer available, Dynasty Travel reserves the right to refund the points or replace the vouchers with a similar value. 10. What are the timings for Self-Collection of vouchers? Please note that collection is between 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday only. 11. 12. I ve selected Send by Mail option, what s the next step?
