Problems fixed in Integrated Management- Administration Tools 5.2 Service Pack 2 Fixes in Integrated Management Administration tools 5.2 Service Pack 2 Table 1 lists the changes that are new to Integrated Management Administration tools 5.2 Service Pack 2. w Table 1: Changes delivered to Integrated Management Site Administration 5.2 Service Pack 2 Problems in Avaya Site Administration In GEDI you could change the column order when you ran a command but could not save this order. When you ran the same command again, GEDI used the default coulumn order. In ASA 5.0 SP5, the export of "agent-loginid" took a long time. With this release Avaya Site Administration supports "GRIP: SA9094 Support RLT on NI-1." Sometimes when your login times out from CM, the voice system entries are removed from ASA s tree view, and you are not able to access or delete the voice system entry through ASA. In previous releases, you could rename an audio file only if an announcement was associated to it. Generally, the "Queue?" field for the Announcement object has values "y(es)," "n(o)," and "b(argein)." However, the "b(argein)" value was not supported in the Import, Export Filter and Find and Replace wizards.. If the persist.dat file had data related to monitor alarms, then the upgrade from 5.0 to 5.2 failed. The unused Extensions wizzard does not list the results correctly for dial ranges that start with with 0. Now, ASA saves this column order in GEDI and uses this column order when the same command is run again. This has been optimized in this service pack. The Trunk Group Object now has a new field "Network Call Redirection." This field is applicable only for ISDN type of trunks. Now, you can rename an audio file even if it is not associated with an announcement. The new option "b(argein)" is now available in the Find and Replace and Import/Export wizards. This has been fixed in this release The wizard now lists all available extensions correctly. 2 Integrated Management Administration Tools Service Pack 2 August 2009

When you aborted the transaction, the system hung In previous releases, when you configured a file transfer using SCP, if the SNMP user information was incorrect or if the SNMP user was a non secure user, then the Backup or Restore task still appeared to be running. When you aborted the task, Avaya Site Administration stopped responding for some time.. In previous releases, the Unused Extensions wizard took a lot of time to complete if a large number of UDP entries had been configured. And you could not cancel the wizard till the transaction was complete. In this release, support for SA9086 Mask CLI on PSTN Calls has been provided. In the Import/Export wizards, you can see the new fields Replacement Name and Replacement Number on the Trunk Group object. In this release, support for SA9089 Support MCT on H.248 Gateway has been provided. In the Import/ Export wizards, you can see the new field MCT Signalling Station on the Station object.. After the dial plan was changed from 4 to include 11 digits the "Find unused extension" feature did not work. The Avaya Site Administration did not label the ranges of available extensions correctly and repeated some extension ranges more than once. When multiple connections were used for one Voice System, the Connection IDs for all the connection were changed to "1" Now, Avaya Site Administration completes the transaction with an appropriate error message. Avaya Site Administration also does not label the UPD ranges multiple times with the label (UDP). 2 of 3 Integrated Management Administration Tools Service Pack 2 August 2009 5

When you clicked the Default folder, you could not expand the tree to display the detected VAL boards. After a while the whole Voice Announcement Manager application hung.. When you used long file names for announcements the Print Preview display was incorrect. This is because the Name column had a predetermined, fixed width.. 6 Integrated Management Administration Tools Service Pack 2 August 2009
