Profile Management
Password Reset Click Forgot password? to reset/retrieve your password
How to reset your Password Key-in your Org ID and User ID issued by SESAMi and then click ENTER
New Password email alert A new password will be sent to the registered email.
Changing your password
Supplier User Profile Go To Profile > User Profile > Update Profile to update your profile
Updating User Profile Update the information that you wish to update and then click UPDATE button to save changes Click the Password button to change your password
Updating User Profile Key-in the new password twice and click Change to save changes
Updating your company s Product Category
Updating Company Profile Go to Profile > Company Profile > Update Company Profile This function is used to specifically match the notification that you are receiving whenever there is a published tender/rfq that matches your product category. Click Products & Services Tab Select your category **Hold + CTRL to select multiple categories Click Update to save changes

Create e-quotation Upon logging in, Go to Source Key and select Create Quotation
View E-Request for Quotation or E- Tender Click View to view the details of the Tender/RFQ
Preview of E-Request For Quotation/E-Tender Click the Decline button if you intend not to respond to the tender. Click Print to Print the page.

Create E-Quotation Attachment Tab Vendors can upload multiple files but limited to 5MB per file. To delete wrong file attached, tick the box of the file to be deleted and click the DELETE button

E-Quotation acknowledgement submission prompt System will prompt you of a successful quotation submission as shown above.
Managing your Quotations
View E-Quotation Go to Source Key > View Quotation to view or edit your quotations
View E-Quotation All the quotations that you have created (whether DRAFT or submitted) will be listed in the View E-Quotation page Click View to View the details. If an RFQ/Tender is open, Edit link will appear
View E-Quotation If an RFQ/Tender is open, Edit button will appear. You can edit your quotation as long as the tender/rfq is still open.

Business Opportunities In the log in page, go to Business Opportunities and click click here to view all to view all published tenders/rfqs.
List of etender/erequest for Quotation Vendors can opt to SEARCH to locate the RFQ/Tender After selecting the RFQ or etender, click VIEW
Request to Participate Click Click here to request to participate to proceed
Form for Request to Participate Key in Org ID first The rest of the information will be auto populated
Submission of the Request to Participate After completing the form, click SUBMIT
Submission of the Request to Participate The following prompt will appear upon a successful submission: You can then log in and go to Source Key > Create Quotation to access the tender/rfq

Acknowledgement of E-Purchase Order
E-PO Email Alert
Order Management Go to Order Management > Purchase Order > View Purchase Order to access your PO
View Purchase Order New - Order(s) which have not been acknowledged Acknowledged/Rejected - Order(s) which are viewed Acknowledged/Rejected
View E-Purchase Order Click the PO number to view its details.
Purchase Order Acknowledgement/Reject Click Acknowledge to accept the order Click Print to print the PO Click REJECT to reject the PO (only applicable to contracted Stationery Suppliers)
Printing the E-PO
Important Notes 1. Quotation Number is assigned by the vendor and limited to alphanumeric (alphabet and numbers only). 2. Buyers has an option to negotiate the bid price and an Negotiation will be raised with the new closing date and Reference number will be denoted with a suffix _x. 3. Additional information or further enquiries on the items in the E-RFQ / E- Tender should be liaised directly with the buyer. Refer to the contact person for general matter (under HEADER tab). 4. Attachment is NOT a must. Vendor can skip the attachment by clicking the NEXT button and proceed with the next tab. 5. Vendors are advised to respond to E-RFQ a day before to avoid the rush. Once the E-RFQ is closed, you cannot send your quotation anymore. 6. Vendor Reference number in the E-PO is assigned by the vendor.
