Backed with this experience, VISIO NERF is proud to present its range of 3D vision systems called cirrus 3D. cirrus 3D is a complete 3D vision system integrated into a single ready-to-use box, integrating the eyesberg 3D software. Your project will be more effective and perform better with a 3D vision than with a 2D vision. Wait no more! Beyond the limits of vision... VISIO NERF has developed simple highly-efficient tools for implementation revolving around its offering for locating parts and quality control as close as possible to production. Thanks to our various acquisition technologies, we provide you with robust solutions that take your needs into account but also the constraints linked to the environment of your process such as variations in the shade or colour of parts and/or variations in brightness inside the factory, as well as variations in the size and shape of raw parts.
With the new VISIO NERF 3D sensor, integration in your industrial process is easy. cirrus 3D is specially designed to be integrated in your installation without requiring any specific development. Whether cirrus 3D is used as a fixed or mobile component equipped or not with the eyesberg 3D software* (patented technology), it enables implementing very high-quality vision/robotic applications with an unequalled effectiveness. Ultra rapid scan : 0.2 second for 1 million 3D points Stand-alone Plug & Work sensor Sealed industrial connectors (Power and Inputs/Outputs, VGA, Ethernet RJ45, USB) Outstanding cooling These scanners especially dedicated to industry use are practically insensitive to the environment, dust, dirt, or luminosity variations, and so guarantee an unprecedented reliability and robustness to your installations (IP 65). Assembling, measuring, identifying and localizing operations performed on unit parts or in bulk quantities (Bin Picking) are industrial applications in which the cirrus 3D range will bring you an excellent return on investment. Multi-sensor applications In order to get the best possible return on investment, we have provided the possibility to connect several cirrus 3D sensors together. In this configuration, the software is built into a single sensor called the Master. 3D Vision system able to recognize any form without specific programming. VISIO NERF offers you a range of solutions called eyesberg 3D, based on tested and reliable technology. The underlying principle involves comparing a 3D point cloud acquired in real time by a vision sensor, with the part s CAD model. Scanning a small part of the component like the tip of an iceberg is enough for the software to identify and locate the part in the working environment. We offer to our clients an easy to use and standard software package. The only thing they need to add is their CAD file of the part. Several modules may be combined for use with a single vision sensor (e.g. identification plus guiding or identification plus measurement). This enables complex problems to be addressed using standard tools. These solutions have been long sought after in many industrial sectors (aeronautics, automobile, rail ) because they provide better quality control (eyesberg 3D in-line measurement) and increased productivity. Localization To automate the loading of the production line. The real workpiece is digitized as a 3D cloud of points. The analysis of the virtual work scene enables localisation of the piece in 3D. By comparing the cloud of points with the CAD model, the part to pick is automatically located while ensuring that the gripper can reach the part without collision. The robot receives the position of the part to be picked in real time.
3D Vision system able to recognize any form without specific programming. Guidance To automate the finishing or machining of mechanical parts. Bin Picking To automate the loading of randomly stacked parts. The real work scene is digitized as a 3D cloud of points. The real work scene is digitized as a 3D cloud of points. The analysis of the virtual work scene enables the process to be optimized. By comparing the cloud of points with the CAD model, the part position errors are automatically compensated as well as local shape defects. The analysis of the virtual work scene enables localisation of the best part to pick. By comparing the cloud of points with the CAD model, the easiest part to pick is automatically located while ensuring that the gripper can reach the part without collision. The machining cell receives the trajectory corrections so that the tool follows the part s surface as closely as possible. The robot receives the position of the part to be picked in real time. In this way, the container will be completely emptied.
3D Vision system able to recognize any form without specific programming. Identification To automate at the minimum cost the identification of heterogeneous products. In line measurement To inspect in-line the quality of your parts at optimum cost. The real work scene is digitized as a 3D cloud of points. The real work scene is digitized as a 3D cloud of points. The work scene is analysed to identify the current part. By comparing the cloud of points with the CAD models of the Eyesberg database, identification and 3D localisation of the current part is done automatically. Real time identification and coordinate data is provided to enable any required automated processing of the part. The analysis of the measurements enables exhaustive surfacic inspection. By comparing the cloud of points with the CAD model, quality control is performed automatically by checking one or more criteria: lack of material, surplus of material, dimensions, flatness The production line receives in real-time the status of the part to ensure an optimal quality of your process.
