Page: 1/11 1.2.6.5 Maintain Supplier Certificate (Supplier) This process is for supplier to maintain the certificates, such as update existing certificate, add new certificate or renew certificate. Here also, you can add and update information on SSM. As a supplier, you are allowed to edit/update the details of certificate that has been rejected by TNB SUS Admin, and it will be processed again by TNB SUS Admin. 1. Login to portal as supplier. Enter User ID and Password then click on Logon button. Description Value Example User ID < Enter the supplier ros007 User ID > Password < Enter the Password > welcome100 2. A SUS portal screen will display. Click on Maintain Supplier Certificates tab.

If supplier wants to update the certificate, for example to add new item code or update certificate address, select/highlight the certificate and click on button. 3.1 Selected certificate details will be displayed. There are several details that can be edited i.e Certificate Address, item code and attachment. Note: As a supplier, you are require to scan the old certificate and new certificate in a single PDF file and reupload the scanned file in Certificate Upload section for TNB to verify the new changes/updates. Please ensure that your certificates are certified.
Page: 3/11 3.2 Click on button to add new code item (kod bidang/gred). Example: if you want to add your certificate s new code (i.e 020101), select the code in First Code, Second Code and Third Code, and the codes should be displayed. *Note: All code items column should be selected/filled in. After the required details are completed, click on button. 1 2 3 4 3.3 The certificate that has been updated will appear in certificate table at main screen. (Note: You also can update multiple certificates at the same time and click Save to save the changes. Also, you can click on Save button every time you update more than one certificate. All updated certificates can be submitted to TNB by clicking on Submit button. Please ensure the details updated are correct before click on Submit button)

Once confirmed to submit to TNB, click on certificates. button to submit all updated 3.6 You will see the Submit button at top and bottom screen. Before submit, please ensure the certificates are updated To submit, click on. A confirmation message will pop-up. No changes are allowed once your application submitted. Click Yes to proceed your certificates submission. An email notification will be sent to TNB SUS Admin for processing the application. 3.7 Once you confirm and click Yes, a message will display on top screen. Page: 6/11 4. If supplier wants to renew the expired certificate, select/highlight the certificate and click button. 4.1 Screen to enter certificate details will be displayed. Also, you can click on Save button every time you renew and update more than one certificate. All updated certificates can be submitted to TNB by clicking on Submit button. Please ensure the details updated are correct before click on Submit button) 4.2 Scroll down the page, and you will see the Save button. Click on button to save all the details. A message : will appear on top screen. If supplier wants to update SSM information, go to SSM section. 5.1 Click on button to add new BOD, and enter all the mandatory details (i.e Full Name, Nationality, Race, Address, City, Postcode, Designation, IC No) 5.2 Click on button to add new SSM Shareholders if necessary, and enter all the mandatory details
Page: 10/11 5.3 At Upload Documents section, you are require to upload the updated and certified SSM certificate. Click on button, and enter description of the documents, upload the certificate in PDF format and click Add. (Note: Please ensure the details are correct) 1 2 3 4 5.4 Scroll down the page, and you will see the Save button. Click on to save all SSM details.
Page: 11/11 6. As a supplier, you will receive an email notification from TNB SUS Admin to make payment on certificate updated/renewal before the certificate is approved. Please email or fax the receipt to TNB Registration Unit after payment made. 7. Procedural steps completed.
