Badminton Scotland Online Membership System Badminton Scotland have moved to a new online membership database called Go Membership with Azolve. This database holds information for all Clubs and their members (players and non - players), coaches and individual members (non-attached). This guide has been created to ensure the process for clubs and members is as easy as possible. Members can also contact Badminton Scotland for support. Badminton Scotland will now be paperless and all affiliations must be entered onto the new system. With the introduction of public liability insurance included in Club Affiliations fees, all clubs now must keep all their member information up to date, by providing a minimum of name, date of birth and email address. If clubs don t do this, they will not be fully covered. This also helps give accurate information on how many people are playing badminton in Scotland which will help to raise the profile of the sport and attract new funding. Club members can be added at no extra cost and clubs can then use the system as their own club database. 1.
