Files that are not in these formats will not be played back, but can be converted using suitable software. Q. I have a memory card in the Digital Photo Frame, but it s not reading the files on the card. What should I do? A. First, make sure that you are using a memory card format that is supported. Secondly ensure that the memory card is fully inserted into the frame. Thirdly, make sure you have the right storage device selected for playback. Q. Why do some pictures load faster than others? A. Higher resolution images generally have larger file sizes, and this will effect loading times.
