TapReports/TapAnalytics New Features New Ability to Set Single Row Media Widgets To keep some consistency with the size of our graphs and widgets on our custom dashboard canvas, we ve typically added some guardrails around widget sizes. We noticed these guardrails prevented a couple of important use cases that we have enabled with this release. Namely, the media widgets can now be set to 1 box tall to allow customers to use these media widgets as dividing lines or individualized headers between sections of a dashboard canvas. It works like this: Click to resize widgets as you would normally. The resize option now lets you reduce your media widgets to one box in height. Hit Done Moving & Resizing to save your work. You now have a one box tall media widget where you can add a heading or other relevant naming for that section of the dashboard:

This change gives you better organized dashboards in appealing, easy to read, and logical order, which will in turn improve your client or stakeholder experience with the dashboards. Added Ability to Auto-Hide Media Widgets When Related to a Service with No Data In addition to section headers, media widgets are often used for many other purposes, such as relaying information about a particular service. A media widget might show the most popular creative or video from a campaign, or include text that describes the campaign s performance. But what happens when the campaign or Service performance metric is not available for a particular date range? Ideally the media widget would be hidden. In this release, we ve added a feature that hides a media widget when the Service metrics are not available by directly linking media widgets to a Service. Now, you can compose Service-related content that only shows when the Service is available in the client s dashboard. To set this up, toggle the button next to Link media widget to a Service at the top of the media widget composition space when creating or editing the widget:

Flipping this toggle will set the widget to automatically hide media widgets when the service they are linked to does not appear in the dashboard. New Default Sorting Options and Sorting Order for TapClicks 6 Grid Widgets In TapClicks 5, a graph option called Top Performers allowed you to select the default sort option. This tool is particularly helpful if you want to identify top performers by a metric you select. For instance, you can show the top 5 or 10 Campaigns or Tools that yield the most clicks, impressions, or lowest CPA. TapClicks 6 introduced a whole new way to show data on the page, called a Data Grid, which is more robust and appealing than the TapClicks 5 Top Performers widget. The Data Grid initially lacked a default sort selection ability. With this release, we re happy to bring that back. Here s how it works:

Select the fields you want to include in the Data Grid widget. Next to each of these fields you ll see an icon with arrows pointing opposite directions. This is the sort option. Click on the option to set the default sort either ascending or descending. The icon will change to reflect the ascending or descending order. The widget stores this setting and your sorting choice will be reflected in the dashboard and exports. Using Data Grid widgets to show Top Performers is a high value way to build attractive reports that demonstrate how Campaigns are performing. By defining the sorting on the widget, we can now author true top performing grids that show the 5, 10, or 25 best performing items based on a variety of options. User Interface Change: Moved Draw Options Draw Options modify the appearance of your graphs on the dashboard canvas in one powerful menu. They let you to create new graphical options, like making a line chart into an area chart. To reflect their power and make them easier to find, we ve moved the widget Draw Option button (the pencil and brush in the top row) next to the chart selection options.

Added White-Label Capability to Clusters* White labeling TapClicks makes it appear to clients that you re using your own company branded marketing reporting platform. Furthermore, our larger enterprises and media companies find a lot of value in the Clusters feature, which allows these larger companies to partition dashboards based on properties or locations and give each their own branding and admin options. With this release, we re extending the whitelabel capability so that each cluster can also define a specific URL, email account, and individualized login page for each Cluster. * This functionality is available by request through your account manager, for an incremental fee as a part of our white-label package. Calculations with The Same Name Can Now Appear Against Different Services/Data Views This feature allows Calculations to be used for several Services and Data Views, which will significantly extend the usability of Calculations. Previously, if you wanted a CPA metric (Cost Per Acquisition) to use on Adwords, Bing, and Facebook, you would make three separate Calculations, one for each service. Now, you can use a single recognizable CPA Calculation across several services. In addition, we added the Data Source and Data View name to the display for Calculations, so identically named calculations can be identified: Editing While Viewing as Client Now Re-Enabled In TapClicks 5, users with SuperAdmin or Cluster Admin privileges who were allowed to edit dashboards could make changes while viewing the dashboard as a client. This lets any user with permissions to view the

dashboard as the client and then make modifications customized to that client. During the initial releases of TapClicks 6, this capability was not enabled. This feature is now re-enabled for TapClicks 6. The change gives edit options on widgets to Super Admin/Cluster Admin with authoring rights while in a dashboard and Viewing as Client. Also, important user interface change View As Client has been moved to behind the Filter Dashboard button: View as Client, Client Group, and Cluster filters now show up in Dashboard Filter options, while the old View as Client and Client Group does not:

The View As capability still works throughout the platform and maintains as the user navigates the platform. Users can edit dashboards while Viewing as Client, Client Group or Cluster if they have adequate privileges: You can use this to edit the text on a Media Widget while viewing as the client, so you could write text that releates to the client s data and export the dashboard for that client out for distribution.

Data Import Wizard - New Metric Option: Average, No Zeros Now you have the option of classifying a metric field in the Import Wizard as an Average or an Average that excludes 0 (zero) and null values. This means that when calculating the average, the system will ignore any 0 or null values and the average only takes into consideration data greater than 0. If in the past you experienced lower than expected average values because those 0 values brought down the end metric, consider updating your Import Wizard definition to take advantage of this new calculation option. TapOrders/TapWorkflow New Features Inventory Calendar: New, Added Sort by Day of Week Our Inventory Calendar is a feature with the highest impact on the TapClicks - Marketing Operations Platform. It helps publishers with the day-to-day challenge of booking their premium inventory by showing what s available and what s not in an easy to understand and intuitive calendar view. Heretofore, the Inventory Calendar has shown availability for every day, every slot. With this release, we re adding an additional setting that controls which days of the week a given slot should be made available. [ Shown in the upper right column of the image below]. This control is particularly helpful when the Inventory Calendar is used for episodic slots such as newsletters or scheduled email sends that occur only on specific days of the week:

The feature includes options to allow slots to be available only on particular days of the week, all days, or just Monday through Friday. Upon selection, the slots available on the specified days will show in green within the calendar view:

The result is a much improved Inventory Calendar experience, which is much more applicable to newsletters and other types of applications beyond premium digital inventory. Maintenance - Facebook Ads - Upgrade API version to v2.10 Maintenance - Dropbox - Upgrades to V2 By Request Only** The following values are available to instances by request only. To take advantage of these, please reach out to your Account Manager or customercare@tapclicks.com. New Connector SEMRush Domains New Data View Google AdWords - Campaign Location Data New Data View - Google AdWords - Ad Group Time of Day Data ** Why do these new connectors have to be requested to be enabled in my instance? By controlling initial access to these data sources, we can monitor the process to ensure that it goes smoothly or take action to quickly react if any issues arise. Our prime directive is to ensure that your reporting experience has no bumps along the way. Different configurations for those data sources can lead to unexpected results, and this approach allows us to handle those in a controlled environment.
