How to edit your website Before asking your Account manager to create a new website, we recommend taking the time to register the domain name that you want to use for your website. It s possible to start the process without the domain name, but there is a possibility of someone else registering the same domain name you wanted to use while setting up your new Kigo website. How to access the website > Now that your website is created, click on Websites > EDIT / VIEW to the new URL created where you will be able to view your new website. KIGO PLUGIN The first time you enter into your Kigo Wordpress Dashboard you will see a Welcome message 2

2.1 INITIAL SETUP Now is time to review how the KIGO plugin works! First of all, we need to verify that the main domain we ll use is correctly placed in the SITE URL of this section. 3

If the domain name does not match with the domain name entered in the KIGO app, this message will appear: 2.2 DATA SYNC Once the website is ready to add your customized content, we will need to import all the data content that comes from the KIGO application. When you click on the CREATE DEFAULT PAGES, a pop up window will open and after a few moments, a list of all the pages created will appear. With this button the plugin will create all the automatic content generated by the Kigo app. Step 1 > Click on the CREATE DEFAULT PAGES button. 4

Step 2 > It will open a small pop up window asking to CONFIRM. Please accept it. Step 3 > A new window will appear after a few seconds. It will display the list of pages generated by the system. 5

2.3 GENERAL In this section you will be able to see your API KEY code and some useful information about when the last Data Sync happened, the last SEO sync and the last TEXT Data Sync. 6

2.4 PROPERTY & SEARCH SETTINGS This section is a very important as this is where you will set up how you would like to display all your KIGO features for the search bar (Bedrooms, Market areas, Developments, Location area, etc.). *Please check the SEARCH section for further information. 7

2.5 SLIDESHOW 8

Here you will be able to upload all the images you may want to show on the homepage slideshow. Theme Big Image (1): 1100x400 Theme Search Centric (2): 1100x400 Theme Stretched Background (4): 1600x745 Theme Airy Search (7): 1100x400 Theme Beautifully Wide (8): 1100x400 Themes Full Width Slideshow: 1600x400/500/600 Please remember to try and have identical dimensions for each photo so as to not distort the slideshow. The numbers in the parentheses apply to the theme number while the names apply to their names in our theme gallery. As far as property photos go, we recommend keeping this option checked "Standardizes dimensions for optimal display in search results and slideshows (Recommended)" when uploading photographs. 640x480 is the largest we display for properties, but we recommend uploading larger sizes for when we add the option to view full screen images in later releases. 2.6 TAKE ME LIVE This section explains how to bring your website live. First of all, you will need to buy a DOMAIN name from a registrar company (Godaddy, OVH, 1and1, etc.) Once you 9

receive access, you will need to find the DNS zone for that domain. Please edit the DNS zone and create the following: - A record pointing to 137.117.72.13 - CNAME record pointing to the Value inside the Value column for that section. - 2.7 ADVANCED In the ADVANCED section you will find 4 different fields that are very useful for your statistics traffic manager: - In the Google Adwords Key will you be able to insert the ID for the Google Adwords conversions. - In the Google Adwords Conversion Label you will be able to insert the value for the conversion label. - In the Global HEADER scripts you will be able to insert all the scripts you may need for your website (Google analytics, Social media scripts, CHATS, etc). Please be aware that these scripts will load after all the content for the website is loaded. - In the Google Webmaster verification field, you will be able to insert the proper code for this Google Tool. Please use the HTML tag Method. 10

Please remember to SAVE CHANGES after any modifications in this section. Thank you. THEMES 3.1 How to choose a theme Our wordpress offers you the possibility to change the look and feel by modifying the way the content is displayed. There are 8 THEMES pre-installed. Check this link to view them all and see how they are structured. http://kigo-theme-gallery.imbookingsecure.com/gallery/ 11

Once you have chosen a THEME you need to follow these steps: Step 1 > Click on APPEARANCE > THEMES On this screen, you will find all the THEMES we offer. The first one displayed is the one chosen by default from the system. 12

Step 2 > CUSTOMIZE Please mouse over any THEME and then click the ACTIVATE button that appears. 13

To change the text and colours that appears by default on each theme, please click on APPEARANCE > CUSTOMIZE and a new window will open where you will be able change the following: Title & Tagline Colours for the background Add an image as a background Choose the navigation bar. In case you create more menu items, this gives you the opportunity to add this new menu in the THEME option. Choose which pages will be displayed by default. There are two options, one static page (about page, for example) or a post page. 14

Step 3 > THEME OPTIONS If you would like to change some colours or to add your own CSS, click on this section and you will be directed to 3 differents tabs; depending on your CSS knowledge. STYLING > This section allows you to choose between different styles for the same THEME. Please click on SELECT TYPE once you are sure about which one to choose. 15

GENERAL > This section allows you to change the colours for the background, texts and links by clicking on the different options. Here you will be able to change the logo size and to add a favicon to your website browser. Example of choosing a new colour for the menu: 16

Example of new colour: 17

- Can we add extra widgets/plugins in the system? There is no way to add extra widgets or plugins to the system. - Can we change the template to another one once it is set up? Yes, you can change the THEME easily but take into account that every THEME will require some adjustments. We recommend changing the THEME only 1 / 2 times per year because it may affect the SEO indexation. - Can we ask for changes to the template? Some template/css code changes can be done by yourself using the THEME CUSTOMIZATION. Example of changes that can be done by yourself: Theme colour (website elements such as buttons, footer etc) Font type Font size Logo positioning Layout adjustments (for example, if content is overlapping due to text being too long) For any other changes or requests you will have to contact our Professional Services team. 53
