Connect the micro USB end of the charging cable to the Micro USB charging port (5) and the standard USB end to a PC USB port or USB mains charger 2. The LED indicator (1) will be red whilst charging, and will turn blue when battery is full Note: The first charge may take up to 3 hours to complete. Battery information Functions 1. LED indicator 2. Unplug the charger from the electrical plug and the device when not in use If left unused, a fully charged battery will lose its charge over time. We recommend a full charge twice a month to ensure battery integrity Please do not leave the device in hot or cold places, such as in a closed car in summer or winter conditions, as it will reduce the capacity and lifetime of the battery Do not dispose of batteries in a fire as they may explode. Pairing a wireless device 1. Start by holding the MFB (3) down for 10 seconds. You will see the LED indicator (1) flash blue and red, and then enter pairing mode 2. Turn on your ios, Android, or Windows device s Bluetooth ON and search for new devices 3. Select KS Nova from the list of found devices. If asked for a passcode, enter 0000 or 1234 and the earphones will then be connected to your device 4. After pairing successfully, the LED indicator (1) will have a static blue light; you can then answer the phone or listen to your music 5. The next time the earphones are switched on, they will automatically search for and attempt to connect to the last paired device Note: Bluetooth is a trademark of Bluetooth SIG, Inc. Follow the Pairing a wireless device instructions from step 1 Functionality Power on Hold the MFB (3) down for 2 seconds Power off Hold the MFB (3) down for 3 seconds To answer a call Press the MFB (3) and immediately release To end call Press the MFB (3) and immediately release To reject a call Press and hold the MFB (3) for 2 seconds and then release Voice control When connected with no music playing, press and hold the MFB (3) (not supported by all devices) Redial Press the MFB (3) twice quickly to redial your most recent call Volume+ Press and hold the Volume+/Previous track (2) to increase volume Volume Press and hold the Volume /Next track (4) to decrease volume Previous track Press the Volume+/Previous track (2) and immediately release Next track Press the Volume /Next track (4) and immediately release Play/Pause Press the MFB (3) down and immediately release 4 5

Troubleshooting If you cannot connect the earphones to your device, please try the following: Ensure that the earphones are charged, switched on, paired with and connected to your device Check the earphones are within 10 metres (30 feet) of your device and that there are no obstructions (such as walls or other electronic devices) between the earphones and the device The earphones can only pair to one device at a time, so please ensure there are no conflicting wireless devices trying to connect to the earphones If the earphones will not switch off, you can reset them back to normal by putting them on charge.
