How Markomi helps you 3 How Markomi helps you Markomi provides pre-defined multi-channel campaigns, that feature print, digital and social assets, making it easy for people not familiar with marketing to run best practice campaigns. It allows users, from different business sectors, to quickly and effectively communicate with customers, using a variety of campaign templates. The templates consist mostly of a mix of email marketing, landing pages, SMS messages, or print files such as flyers or posters. The exact content of each template is determined by the campaign type users select. As standard, it is possible to edit text and insert a custom logo. In many templates it is also possible to change the colors and pictures.

How to access Markomi 4 How to access Markomi In order to access Markomi, you ll first need to sign up to bizhub Evolution, which is an online store, similar to the App Store. To sign up please visit www.markomi.com. Then click on [Get Markomi], where you ll be redirected to bizhub Evolution (https://evolution.konicaminolta.de/).

How to access Markomi 5 After you click on the [SUBSCRIBE] button (see below) you will be asked if you already have a bizhub Evolution account, or if you would like to register as a new customer. In case you don t have an account please select the [SIGN UP] button (see 2 nd image below).

How to access Markomi 6 When you have clicked [SIGN UP], you will be redirected to the registration form for bizhub Evolution: Please complete the relevant fields shown in the above image. At the end of the page you need to agree to the terms of use and click the [ENTER BIZHUB EVOLUTION] button (shown below) to confirm your registration.

How to access Markomi 7 When you click this button, you will receive a confirmation mail with your login credentials, you should confirm your login by click on the link in the email. When you first login, you can then subscribe to the preferred Markomi package, which will be shown as an icon on your dashboard.

How to access Markomi 8 If you are already a bizhub Evolution customer, you only need to login in your account, select Markomi and subscribe to the preferred package. (https://evolution.konicaminolta.de/en/store/services/markomi) Once you re logged in, you can create additional users for your organization. Your original login will have administration rights automatically assigned to it, which makes it easy for you to create more users. How to get credits for Campaigns 9 How to get credits for Campaigns You can buy a subscription, or credits, for Markomi at any time by selecting Markomi in the bizhub Evolution store: Once selected, you will see an overview page/dashboard and when you scroll down you will find the available packages for Markomi. Now you can select your preferred package, depending on the level of credit you think you ll

How to get credits for Campaigns 10 need. Credits are based on the size of your database and how many inbound inquiries you re likely to get.

How to get credits for Campaigns 11 Finally you need to agree to the terms and conditions of the selected service or application, which you can do with two clicks: Once you have the credits, you can assign the purchase to your user account, or to other users in your organization, by selecting the [ASSIGN SERVICES] button.

How to get credits for Campaigns 12 Select Markomi in the left hand column to assign your purchase and assign it by dragging and dropping it to you, or another user in the user list. Confirm the selection with the [SAVE] button. Now you can start using Markomi!

Getting started with Markomi 13 Getting started with Markomi To login to Markomi you have two options: 1. Login directly from www.markomi.com If you login for the first time you have to submit an initial authorization, so that you can easily login via www.markomi.com any time afterwards.

Getting started with Markomi 14 2. Login via bizhub Evolution (https://evolution.konicaminolta.de) After login you will see the Markomi icon on your bizhub Evolution dashboard. You can also find it under [MY SERVICES].

Getting started with Markomi 15 If you click the [Markomi] icon on your bizhub Evolution dashboard you ll be presented with the Markomi dashboard.

Getting started with Markomi 16 NOTE To start with, you won t see any Campaigns. Circles Shows name and status of an existing campaign. The colour of these circles varies depending on the status and type of the campaign. Grey buttons (= Themes)/Dark grey drop down menus Help you filter your campaigns. This is useful when you have a lot of campaigns in the system. Purple box Shows you how many campaigns are currently running. Blue box Shows how many contacts (people) have been engaged Orange box Allows you to create a bespoke campaign. Dark grey circle under the orange box Promotes new campaigns that have been loaded into the system and shows you how many credits you have remaining on the system. Top of this dashboard Here you can review your [Contacts] get access to [Hints and Tips] or get additional [Help]. [SHOW ARCHIVED CAMPAIGNS] under the Circles You can access any archived campaigns, something you ll want to do when you get a lot on the system.

Creating a Campaign 17 Creating a Campaign 1. On the dashboard, select [CREATE CAMPAIGN]. This launches the campaign wizard. Boxes in the middle Shows all campaign categories and short descriptions. Creating a Campaign 18 2. Select a campaign type by clicking on the campaign category name. Click [NEXT] to proceed.

Creating a Campaign 19 3. Filter by available themes (grey buttons) in order to reduce the size of the overall list. 4. Select the campaign by clicking on the name.

Creating a Campaign 20 5. Click the orange [Customise your campaign now!] button that appears on the right. This will allow you to set up all campaign content, upload the database for the campaign and schedule the start of the campaign.

Setting up and editing campaign content 21 Setting up and editing campaign content Once you start the campaign wizard you can begin to add content and edit your campaign elements. What you see on screen will depend on which campaign you have selected: You need to give your campaign a name and then click [SAVE]. The orange buttons across the top allow you to enter information that is the same across all elements in your campaign: Privacy Policy This should explain how you plan to handle the data that people give you when they respond to the campaign. i.e. that you won t share the data with 3 rd parties. Terms and Conditions These should explain any restrictions, rules or guidelines that you have in place that relate to the campaign. This should cover your obligations during the transaction and relationship with the customer, and the obligations of your customer. Company Information You should enter information here that relates to your company, such as address, company number, VAT number etc. Campaign settings In the campaign settings you can set common features of the whole campaign. For example, your headline, company logo or event details.

Setting up and editing campaign content 22 Each dark grey box contains an element of the campaign, which can include: Printed flyers Landing pages and forms Emails Vouchers Unsubscribe mechanisms Redemptions and Confirmations To begin editing each element just click [EDIT] in the relevant box. Once you ve finished editing, someone else should check your edit and can tick the [REVIEWED] box. You can preview your changes by clicking [PREVIEW]. Things to note while editing campaigns Images in printed items will need to be 300 dpi quality or they won t display properly. What you can edit will depend on how the template is set up, in some templates you can replace images, in some you can t. You can usually edit all of the text. Make sure you click [OK] to save any changes QR Codes are generated automatically for you, so you don t need a separate tool to do this. When you re finished editing your campaign, click [NEXT STEP] in the bottom right hand of the screen. If you ve not ticked the reviewed box on every element, the system will prompt you. However, please note it will allow you to continue, so make sure you don t put the campaign live without checking everything!

Uploading data for your Campaign 23 Uploading data for your Campaign Once you ve edited all your items in the campaign, you ll be prompted to upload your data. You can use an existing list, or upload a new list. Make sure your data handling is compliant with the Data Protection Regulation in your country. The system does have some restrictions when it comes to checking the quality and format of what you re uploading, and you are responsible for any data uploaded into Markomi in terms of compliance and format. The system will accept XLS (Excel) files, and CSV (Comma and Semicolon Separated Format) files.

Uploading data for your Campaign 24 Please use the download sample spread-sheet (see below, circled in green), and use the codes contained in the explanation table, so that your data is in the right format for the system. You then click [IMPORT] which will upload your spreadsheet to Markomi. If you experience any errors, please double check if you have formatted the file correctly.

Scheduling your Campaign 25 Scheduling your Campaign Once you ve uploaded your data click [NEXT STEP] to continue. You ll be asked when you want to schedule your campaign to go out. Select the date and time in the on-screen scheduler and click [OK]. Afterwards click [NEXT STEP] to proceed.

Reporting on your Campaign 26 After this you can review the campaign details and the system will check if you have enough credits to start the campaign. When everything is fine, finally click [START CAMPAIGN]. Reporting on your Campaign After a campaign has been started the campaign monitoring shows up. Here you can see how a campaign performs.

Reporting on your Campaign 27 For each digital element you can see the responses you received and you can do the following: You can download inbound records that responded to your campaign (note: there is a cost for these). You can click through to an overview list of all your campaigns. You can download the results of the campaign into a CSV file. To see how a campaign has performed, you can also select the campaign from your dashboard, and select [CAMPAIGN DETAILS].

Managing Campaigns 28 Managing Campaigns When you click on a campaign in your dashboard you can perform the following actions: [EDIT CAMPAIGN o This feature allows you to continue editing the elements within a campaign that has not been launched. [COPY CAMPAIGN] o Use this feature to duplicate a campaign that you want to repeat, saving you set up time. [DELETE CAMPAIGN] o This deletes a campaign from your dashboard. [STOP CAMPAIGN] o This stops a campaign from running. [CAMPAIGN DETAILS] o This shows you the results from your campaign. [CLOSE]. o This closes the box that displays these options For stopped campaigns you can perform the following additional actions: [RESUME CAMPAIGN] o This resumes a stopped campaign. [ARCHIVE] o This moves a campaign to the list of archived campaigns.
